My father, mother and I were really in need of a new car because ours would always be breaking down, and to keep fixing it was just not working for us anymore. I originally brought my truck into Feldmann Nissan for just an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised with how welcoming Ashlee was since I do not drive a Nissan and I had a groupon. That didn’t put him off in the least; he patiently listened and amazingly located the exact silver Murano we wanted. And it didn't end there, we had some special requests and Jim, as well as management, went way above the call of duty to deliver. Throughout the entire process we never felt pressured and in fact we felt valued because Jim took the time to explain everything down to the protective strip on the bumper. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely professional but at the same time made us feel like he really cared that we were happy and satisfied customers. Abbes took the time to really get to know me and what I was looking for in a car then he did a great job working with my budget to put me in the car that I wanted. The next day I happened to get a flat tire and I needed to replace one of the tires. I went to the dealership and have them look at the car and was devastated when they told me I need a new tire. I went looking for Abbes and he talked with his manager they reduced the price of the tire. I know that I will always go back to Feldmann for all my auto needs from now on and will send my friends and family to this wonderful dealership. More
