I stopped in to look at a Prius that I saw online. When I got to the dealership I was introduced to Mark. We went into the dealership last summer, just to 'look around'. I've leased a Pathfinder before and loved it, and was hoping for the right price, I would be able to buy one someday. I've been bringing my Rav4 into Feldmann Nissan for service for 4.5 years now. Being a woman, I don't know a lot about cars, but Ryan does a great job of explaining every part and service my car needs service for 4.5 years now. I hate buying a car. I have always hated buying a car and I probably always will hate it. However, the experience I had at Feldmann's and with Phil helped reduce my contempt for the experience quite a bit. T I probably always will hate it. The reason for this is I left feeling great about the car and about the man who sold it to me. Phil's approach gave me confidence that I was respected as a customer and I could believe what I was told. Having just talked with a friend about his car buying nightmare, I came in with a bit of an attitude, determined that I would not be given the run around. My attitude wasn't needed. He sold me on Feldmann's, Nissan and himself by his personable nature and by relating the various ways your dealership works to stay connected with customers. I took advantage of the airport shuttle service almost immediately. Just prior to my departure, I had a run in with an icy and hard packed snow bank that damaged the splashguard in the front. I got a call while on my business trip, asking if I wanted it repaired. That alone surprised and impressed me! The price was right and it was very nice to come home to a clean and repaired car with the least amount of money spent. While I doubt I'll every really enjoy buying a car, I do know where I will go when the time comes again. I also will be more than happy to tell others about this enjoyable and surprising service.
