My father was very sick with cancer and wanted his new car as soon as possible. When I was in town in late July we walked into your dealership. I had never been there before even though my Dad lives in a condo 1.5 miles from your store. My Dad, wife, son and I walked in and we were immediately greeted by Philip Trovato. Philip spent 45 minutes with us going over the features of the new 2013 Altima. He did a great job comparing the "new" to the "old" since we were very familiar with the old (I purchased my Dad's 2009 Altima). We told Philip we were serious about purchasing a new one. We specified the exterior and interior colors as well as the "SL" option package we desired. Philip also described the history of the dealership and that it is family owned and what a pleasure it is for him to work there. Philip said he would try to find a car with our specifications. Philip and I had been in contact for a few weeks and Philip dealer traded for my Dad's new car. Philip not only honored a very fair price but also took my Dad's leased Infiniti. This removed a great burden from my Dad (and me) in having to turn the car into the Infiniti dealership. Your dealership and Philip will always have a very special place in the hearts of my Dad, brother and sister. My father's time on this earth concluded on November 2nd and you provided him with a wonderful experience to ponder on the last ten weeks of his life. We will never be able to thank you enough. Phil and Troy were excellent to work with. I was in a unique situation and they were both very understanding and sympathetic to my needs. They did EVERYTHING they could to get me into the car I wanted f unique situation and they were both very understanding and sympathetic to my needs. They did EVERYTHING they could to get me into the car I wanted for the price I could afford and in the timeframe that I needed it. I took a day to think about the terms of our agreement and when I returned the next day I had the pleasure of meeting J.R. Gonzalez(as Troy was not working that day)and Amanda Black. Both were very personable and professional and at no time did I feel pressured into buying anything extra for the car; however I did decide to add on a rear bumper guard. Even though it was around 7pm, the shop personnel were able to install the guard and fill the car up with gas. Phil and the two men from the shop stayed after hours to get this done for me. Phil is an excellent salesman who clearly feels the buyers' needs are as important as his needs when making a sale. I enjoyed working with him and I will definitely be back when it comes time to buy another car. I will also recommend your dealership to my friends and family because you are a trustworthy company - from the person answering the phones, to the men in the shop, to the salespeople and finally to the financing staff - everyone was very helpful and professional and it made the whole experience of my purchase a pleasure.
