When I started my search for a Nissan Murano, I was told by a former #1 Nissan dealership that Feldmann Nissan beat them out by a few units that last month. I was not satisfied with that dealership so I ch by a former #1 Nissan dealership that Feldmann Nissan beat them out by a few units that last month. I was not satisfied with that dealership so I checked out Feldmann's website. I stopped by fully intending to keep driving south to get a Murano at a different dealership. As I entered the showroom, Jim was the first salesperson to approach. As luck would have it, I actually bought a Rogue from him a few years back, prior him being at Feldmann's. Jim actually remembered one of the vehicles we traded in during the "Cash for clunkers" frenzy. AMAZING! Jim was very professional and worked for my best interest. I thought it was in my best interest to buy a year end model, but I actually got a better deal on the new 2013 model. I was given a fabulous trade-in value and a much lower than expected lease rate. Jim got me the exact model and features I needed, without needing to settle for a base model or getting a model with more features than I wanted. He even helped facilitate the install of the heated seats. I have recommended him to my family members and told them the 3 hour drive would be well worth it! I will be back! More
