This dealership always has the super black color in stock that I prefer. Mark was very helpful answering my questions on some of the new features that I didn't know how to use. He even programmed in my home information on the gps for me. Mark also keeps in contact with me to see if I I have any questions on my new car. Just a Quick note on the Excellence in Salesmanship of Mark Leuthard! Mark had been contacting me since November of 2012 to come in and look at options to upgrade from my 2010 Nissan Maxima to a 2012, ho Mark Leuthard! Mark had been contacting me since November of 2012 to come in and look at options to upgrade from my 2010 Nissan Maxima to a 2012, however, our schedules just didn't work out. When I brought my car in for service in early January, Mark was alerted and when I retrurned to pick up my car, he had a couple options waiting for me and greeted me in the service area. I thought that was exceptional service, not only unexpected but he was very professional about it. I told him I would discuss with my wife, and got back to him later that day with some questions and other options I was considering, and he was very professional on the phone and answered all the questions in a very timely manner including sending photo's etc.. By the end of the day, we negotiated a terrific deal, and I came in the next day to close. Mark was there and walked us through the entire process, answering any questions along the way, as well as meeting a few last minute changes. He also took time walking me through some of the features inside the car, explaining how to use some I have never been able to figure out in the 2010.
