We pull in to the service bay, Ryan greets us by name, arranges the shuttle pick up, and takes care of our car while we're gone. It's one thing we don't have to worry about when we're away. All the shuttle drivers are friendly and professional, too. Thank you to a great service team! More

I really don't like Abbes. He worked slowly (he typed with only two of his ten fingers). He didn't know much about the car we were buying. Then he called me to ask me to explain that. After I told him the reason, he told me, "YOUR ENGLISH IS BAD", saying something like he couldn't understand me and hung up on me. I know I was rude to give him a bad rating on the survey, but I never expected a hang-up on the phone. That's extremely impolite to me. Even if I'm not a native speaker and didn't give him a good rating, he should have never done something so rude to a woman like me. I was so upset that day and I called the front desk of Feldmann Nissan and reported that. I just want my voice to be heard. Then another person from Feldmann Nissan called me to say sorry to me...
