He goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisified with your purchase, service, etc. When back at the dealership for service, he always checks in to make sure the vehicle is meeting expectations. I had a car accident one Friday evening on my way home; I was close to the dealership and took my car there. Jesse was working and it was closing time by the time I arrived. He stayed and arranged for a car rental and ensured I was okay; he assured me it was okay to leave my car for the tow truck to pick up the next day before leaving for the evening. He had personal plans but insisted on staying to help me. I will never forget that he put my needs first above his own plans.
