I’ve been leasing cars at Feldman’s for 6 years now and Jesse has made it a smooth process every time. It’s nice to know that when I do stop in for servicing my vehicle (not often) that he remembers me and Jesse has made it a smooth process every time. It’s nice to know that when I do stop in for servicing my vehicle (not often) that he remembers me and my wife as if we were friends for life. He’ll always inquiry about the car, my job making you feel unique like you’re the only customer around. Even if he’s busy with other customers and I ask for him he’ll still make a point to stop and at least shake my hand and say hello. Now that he’s in the service department I’m looking forward to working with him again when stopping in.
