Charles and John are HORRIBLE!!! Before putting money down on the car I informed them that I was moving out of state for my job and I needed the car to be road ready. When I drove my new car around for down on the car I informed them that I was moving out of state for my job and I needed the car to be road ready. When I drove my new car around for the first time, I noticed the entertainment system was not working, the running boards only work when they want to, the speakers are blown so the sound is horrible, the brakes squeak, and most importantly the car would just shut off when put in reverse. I called them and they told me to bring it to them for repair. I bought it back again, they kept it for 2 days and now the car shuts off whenever I stop and everything else that I mentioned was not even looked at. Seeing as my lease is up and I was supposed to move last week I requested the money back. Of course they refused and claim they can fix it. Now I may lose my job offer because Im stuck here until they decide they can "fix" it or give me my money back. To make matters worse, the dealership is 36 miles from my house and I have had to fill my tank twice just from bringing them the car. To add insult to injury, John started screaming at me when I requested a refund. This is honestly the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. More
