Bought a vehicle there that had transmission issues and fuel sludge. Cost me thousands in repairs within a couple of months of purchase. There were many other problems with the vehicle that could have been prevented had they actually done what they said. Also, the manager is extremely rude if you ask any questions. They also way over charge on 'dealer fees'. More

This place doesn't have integrity for customer there all about money. There cars aren't properly inspected I had a car that needed a major repair 21 days after purchase couldn't afford the maintenance pack about money. Eddie mercer said they would pay a portion of the repair not full amount. Maybe 500 to a 2,157.33 repair. I asked couldn't we get me in a cheaper car that ran better they wanted another 2 or 3 thousand down. I asked why the car the sold me was more expensive. They said the down payment went to taxes and fees. They wanted me to pay a new down payment to put me in another car. This meaning they wanted me to pay taxes and fees on 2 cars but I'm only purchasing one? This has ruined me buying a used car off a car lot if you go to Eddie mercer I wish you best of luck! More

Eddie Mercer was hands down the best experience I've ever had in trying to buy a car!! They go above and beyond!! Great price, knowledgeable people, and they treat you right! I searched everywhere in Pensacola and went to dealership after dealership trying to buy a car and was always met with car salesman who only cared about selling a car and not looking out for what I needed. I had dealers trying to convince me why I needed to buy smoked filled cars that they "could get out" to dealers trying to sell me a car with a broken back-up camera and reports of a broken AC of which neither they informed me of. Then tried to tell me I'd have to fix that myself. And everything in between. When I went to Eddie Mercer, they were not pushy at all, they listened to my concerns, worked with me and made things right, and treated me like a was a family member in there. I wish I would've went there FIRST!! My experience was so good that I recommended them to a friend and they bought a car too. The whole staff there was incredible to work with. I would definitely go back there again and would recommend to anyone in search of a car. Thank you Eddie Mercer for such a great experience!! More

Sham dealership. I bought a coupe with 50k miles, it broke down two weeks after purchase. The worthless third person warranty they give doesn’t cover much. I was out of my old truck and into my new one in less than 4 hrs and two hours of that I was gone getting my stuff together lol...from the time I walked in the door (I was greeted outside actually) I was never left unattended and everyone person there was very friendly and made me feel at home.Every step of the process was amazingly simple and I will never buy another car from any other dealership. When I left I had a smile on my face and was very pleased with the transaction... other dealerships I've been to could learn a thing or two from Eddie Mercer Automotive... the service was excellent all the way around and if I could give 100 stars I would...ill definitely be buying from here from now on...
