WARNING! This dealership sells damaged vehicles without letting you know. My son purchased a 2016 Audi SQ5 in 2019. Told the car was worth $36K and he was getting a great deal at $32K. After driving a fe letting you know. My son purchased a 2016 Audi SQ5 in 2019. Told the car was worth $36K and he was getting a great deal at $32K. After driving a few months, he realized something was drastically wrong as the front tires wore down from near new to bald. The Audi dealer confirmed that the front end was bent and would cost $6000 to try to repair. They said the car was likely worth around $17K because of the damage. We both talked to the dealer who said, "they would make this right," but after 4 months of doing nothing, they now say there is nothing they can do. This dealership CANNOT BE TRUSTED! More

I asked her to never go car shopping without me, but she thought she was getting a deal and decided to purchase this car on her own. The CAT converter was shot as were both O2 sensors. The engine had extreme blow-by and a miss on the number three cylinder because a valve was cracked. The sensors were disconnected and all codes were cleared so the MIL light was not on when she looked at the car. The salesman gave her a high-pressure sales pitch, cars as nice as this do not last long, this is the bottom bargain pricing below blue-book, buy it now or someone else will. Hamilton County TN requires emissions testing and dealers are not allowed to sell cars that cannot pass inspection. We live in a county that does not require emissions inspections and that is how they got around this regulation. I purchased a low milage used engine for about the cost for me to do a rebuild. The salvage yard threw in the CAT and sensors as a favor to me. She now has a dependable vehicle thanks to me, not Edd Kirby's Adventure. Bum a ride, take the bus, ride a bicycle, walk, hitch-hike, but never, never, never purchase a vehicle from Edd Kirby's Adventure unless you really want an adventure like getting skalped, xxxxx, or robbed. After you buy the car it all goes downhill fast I bought a car from the Chattanooga branch over a year ago and the staff was nice up until I bought the car. After me and my wife bought it Ryan Hauge I bought a car from the Chattanooga branch over a year ago and the staff was nice up until I bought the car. After me and my wife bought it Ryan Hauger the salesman said he could try and get us a deal on an admin key for the car(ford fusion 2012) and he never followed up on it, no call or anything. That was all a year or so ago. Now, the service department fixed my a.c. several months ago and it kept my car for around a week. This all seemed usual until my a.c. broke again with the same problem about 2 weeks after I got it back. I couldn't bring the car right away because I couldn't miss another week of work. Now that we brought it back to the service department, my wife was told that the same part went out because the air filter wasn't clean. Why couldn't they see that when they had the car? We barely drove it after we got it back and then it went out again. Now the want to charge me more. Plus the service department has failed to return my calls, they only can call my wife apparently. A few days ago before I even brought the car back I called and left my number and was told I would be called back and I never did, this has happened multiple times since I've been dealing with that company. That's all my complaints. Everyone I've seen over the past year looking for a car, I've told to run the other way. More

Our credit is decent, and we had a great trade-in (2102 Honda Accord, loaded with low miles). First, we were EXTREMELY low balled on our trade, and even though we looked at a 2014 and it's end of model year time, this dealership wouldn't come off the sticker price at all All we got was an outrageous final price (which I wouldn't have paid for a new Mercedes, much less a Mazda) and then told we couldn't get financing when I wouldn't agree to their crazy high price on the new car. Dealer for the People? How about "Dealer out to shaft the People" More
