The positives - the dealership worked hard to offer us flexibility in providing a way to get into the car for price (agreed to hold a check) so that our open loan did not expire. The salesman (Michael) was friendly and knowledgeable and when a light came on that no one knew what it was, they tackled it before we left the dealership (turned out to simply be setting of the clock) and agreed to follow up on Monday with more info. They offered us the carfax report and disclosed all info. The price was very good, and they indeed had NO dealer fees - just added tax,tag, and title. The negatives - only a half tank of gas, and the detailing of the car was sub-par. We were not offered GAP insurance due to our already having financing.(don't quit reading here though...as they made sure we were satisfied) The dealership followed up to make sure we were happy and responded promptly to our complaints with an apology and found a way to offer us GAP. That alone says a lot about the standards of this dealership and their commitment to customer service. We will return. More
