Service dept is an absolute joke. I was given the runaround by the service dept on a rain sensor and windshield replacement. I took my vehicle 4 times to address the issue in which was I was given the runaround by the service dept on a rain sensor and windshield replacement. I took my vehicle 4 times to address the issue in which was never fixed at all. They said they ordered the windshield would be in Monday so Friday I scheduled an appointment to be told it wasn't in t hey would call when it arrives. 2 weeks layer they refuse to answer my calls will not return messages left to them. Customer service is a joke and they wasted my time for a month solid. I will NEVER do any business with them ever. They are rude and don't care a bit about the customers. Never again. More

Service Dept. I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation with the service dept. They did a great job servicing my car. Everyone was very nice, I felt like my business was very important to them. More

Drop by this morning and after 2 hours of waiting and seeing the girl run around with poor people and customer skills finally she was able to give as a Bill of what it would cost. Im sorry but since Erick or Rick , Shawn left your place your service department is worth a PEANUT. WILL NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN , NOR RECOMMEND SOME ONE TO BUY A VEHICLE THERE! Garrett Beavers showed me the one truck they had with the large discount and encouraged me to take it to show my wife. When that truck was not exactly what I wanted, Garrett took the information of the very specifics I was seeking. Within two days he located the exact truck I wanted, sent someone 200+. Miles to get it and had it cleaned up ready for me to pick up. He was very knowledgeable about the numerous features and explained them well. While his job is to sell vehicles, Garrett made me feel like my needs were in his best interest . I am very pleased with the truck and my experience purchasing it. Gary Edgmon More

Terrible experience buying from them! I had a terrible buying experience at Ed kirby in Dalton, Ga. bought a Cadillac SRX back in July 2015, the sales person told us that most of their use I had a terrible buying experience at Ed kirby in Dalton, Ga. bought a Cadillac SRX back in July 2015, the sales person told us that most of their used vehicles are in good condition, that most of them last at least 2 years without any major problems. Two hours after getting the car the check engine light come up so I called the sales person and she just said that it was a done deal there was nothing she could do about it. I had to go to work that night (driving a truck) to California so After two weeks when I got back, opened one of the back doors and it just come off. I fixed it 6 months later trying to fix the check engine light (thinking that it was just a sensor) found out that the problem was something wrong with the camshaft, 5 months ago the transmission broked. Bottom line is that I'm paying $15,000 for a peace of junk that comes from Ed kirby Chevrolet in Dalton,GA. More
