My car wouldn't start that morning and had to get a jump. After work, it barely started again and the check engine light wouldn't go off. So, Joe figured out it was probably the battery, and checked to see if it was still under warranty (it wasn't). Within 20 minutes I was out of the door with a new battery and a running car. We received the best treatment I can say we have received in a long time, and we've purchased over 10 cars in several states. As I drove it he continued to explain the vehicle functions and the incentives offered with the vehicle.I did not feel pressured at all but very comfortable discussing the business aspect with Mr Pardue. I told him what I wanted and he worked to get it for me. Not only do I have a lovely vehicle but comfortable with payments which were not a hassle getting. A very smooth transition for me. Mr Pardue have even made a courtesy call to me to make sure I am comfortable with the car and offered me to call him if any issues. That's service. More
