AB is extremely kind and gentle. With him, I felt that I was with a friend. He helped me with so much! I wonder what I would've done without his help. Highly recommend Mr. AB Chad. We visited Ed Voyles Kia on Saturday. We were very pleased with our sales rep Tony. He was fantastic and no hassle. We were quite surprised that we were able to pick up the car on the same day. Not pleased with our sales rep Tony. He was fantastic and no hassle. We were quite surprised that we were able to pick up the car on the same day. Not only did our needs get met we didn't leave frustrated. We were quite frustrated with another car dealership and thought lets give this one a try. There was no pressure and it made the car shopping less of a hassle. I recommend you give Ed Voyles Kia a try you will not be disappointed. More

Travis takes the old time stigma out of the "CAR SALESMAN". Travis is knowledgable, articulate and eager to please his customer. From first contact I could tell that Travis was sincere and was som SALESMAN". Travis is knowledgable, articulate and eager to please his customer. From first contact I could tell that Travis was sincere and was someone that I wanted to help me find the vehicle I was looking for. He did not disappoint. Travis immediately went to work searching the region for the vehicle I wanted; color, options, etc. Since the Optima Hybrid with Premium Technology package is a rarity, I was pleasently surprised when he contacted me by e-mail the next day and notified me that he had found my vehicle and had a driver enroute to procure the vehicle for me. Travis came to work on his day off to meet with me and 4 hours later I was sitting at home with my new Optima Hybrid in the garage. Larry Hayden was also a pleasure to work with, as he was subbing for the business manager, who had the day off. Larry flawlessly and seamlessly executed the business process (financing, disclosures, warranty coverage, and final paperwork), even though his primary job is New Car Sales...Hoo-Rah and Semper Fi to this former Marine! Our experience was very pleasant. AB was our new car sales advisor and he was very helpful with the whole experience of buying our first Kia. He really listened to our wants and needs; and went to grea sales advisor and he was very helpful with the whole experience of buying our first Kia. He really listened to our wants and needs; and went to great lengths to show us different cars in our budget. After we chose the car for us, AB and the finance department really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Andy Ratliff was very helpful in determining the right service package for us and to make sure our payment was within our set budget. Andy made the final steps of the car buying experience very pleasant. I have never been to another Kia dealership, but with the way my wife and I were treated, I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

I was looking for a Soul+, which is a very popular model for Kia. We arrived at the dealership about an hour before closing time, but didn't leave until 10:15. OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END!!! I went into Ed Voyles Kia in Smyrna simply to look color options for the Optima. I wasn't planning to purchase for 1-2 months. However, from the point of conta Ed Voyles Kia in Smyrna simply to look color options for the Optima. I wasn't planning to purchase for 1-2 months. However, from the point of contact with my salesman, A.B. Chad, I knew I was in the best hands. With the help of the sales manager, Tahir Ilyias, it became the right time. The difference in A.B. Chad's genuine care as a salesman made you forget he was a salesman and he quickly became a friend instead. He listened, gave advice, and went out of his way to get me in the car I had my eye on with NO PRESSURE. Even after the paperwork was signed and the deal was closed, A.B. returned on his off day to fully explain all of the features the vehicle offered, and he made sure I had a clear understanding of how to operate all of my new gadgets. Getting rid of my V8 Explorer was not something I considered a trade-in option in this economy. However, Tahir Ilyias, worked with me with a honest approach and low-pressure presentation making me comfortable to look at the options they could offer. Andy Ratliff made the paperwork a breeze and thoroughly addressed all of our questions. A.B. Chad, Tahir and Andy and the entire Ed Voyles team has certainly earned my business in the future as well as friends and family I will be referring. This was the first time I actually enjoyed the car "buying" experience. I received a great price on my new vehicle. I bought a KIA Rio SX. Bikal was energetic and very helpful. He was very understanding. Bikal was very honest with us. I think the reason why this shop differs from others is because the sale person actually has your best interest. He didn’t rush and was very patient with us. He explained the features of this car and also helps us compare this model with other brands. He was very professional and responsive to our needs. I am very happy with this purchase. More
