He listened, gave advice, and went out of his way to get me in the car I had my eye on with NO PRESSURE. Even after the paperwork was signed and the deal was closed, A.B. returned on his off day to fully explain all of the features the vehicle offered, and he made sure I had a clear understanding of how to operate all of my new gadgets. Getting rid of my V8 Explorer was not something I considered a trade-in option in this economy. However, Tahir Ilyias, worked with me with a honest approach and low-pressure presentation making me comfortable to look at the options they could offer.
