Today I just signed another new lease 2014 Sorento, which replaced my 2011 Sorento. I think I am a fastidious and choosy customer, particularly when I buy a big thing like a car. I received several phone calls from Mr. Robichaud for the last couple weeks, regarding the options and opportunities that Kia provides for continuing customers. He explained all the detailed information and patiently answered my concerns and questions. The phone calls moved me to come by the dealer shop at least to look for a new car. When I met him in the dealer shop, he found him a very kind and likeable guy as I expected. He assisted me honestly in "my" side, which convinced me more. Due to his assistance, I had a good deal: I will pay almost the same monthly payment for the new car with better options as I did for the old one. I am happy with the new car. Thanks James.
