As a previous owner of several BMW's, a Jaguar, a Volvo, a QX4 and a Mercedes, I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with the top safety ratings, exclusive features, technology, comfort, gas mileage and style of the 3 Kia models I have owned (2011 Optima SX Limited, 2013 Optima SX Limited & now the 2014 Credenza). I love every single one of the Kia's I have owned. I always get compliments every where I go and constantly refer people to Ed Voyles Kia in Smyrna. On the first day, we test drove a few vehicles, and I liked the Sorento, and the Optima. We were given an exceptional price, but, decided to shop around. Later that day, and the next morning, we were given great prices, but none as good as the prices Glenn had quoted us. Needless to say, Glenn had even stayed late, after 10pm., just to finish off the deal. Would highly recommend. And shop around, but you will be back to see him. More

I went through Truecar.com to obtain a price and salesman Glenn Stevenson contacted me via e-mail. Glenn made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed during the entire process. There was no high pressure. He did not talk up the car, to "sell" the car, because honestly the car sold itself. He was simply there to answer any questions that I may have had about the car. Glenn was a very nice person that made you feel as though you were friends for life and had been since you were kids. I was also impressed with this dealer as they empower their employees to make decisions that do not create a high pressure situation. I was not going to trade may other vehicle in as it was not in showroom condition to get the best deal in a trade. Glenn mentioned it to me and since i was not going to trade it anyway, I decided it was okay for them to look at it. Amazingly they came back with a price on that vehicle that surprised me! Another aspect of my purchase was the financing portion of the deal. I had already had the financing in place when I walked in. Glenn just mentioned and in no way pressured me to look into financing through them. I thought we should at least look into it. I ended up financing through the bank that they had affiliations with because they were able to get me a 3.3% reduction in APR. WOW!!!!!! With all of the rambling I have just done, I just plainly have to say, Ed Voyles Kia and the Ed Voyles Automotive Group have out done themselves with the quality, service and customer satisfaction. I will never shop anywhere else!!!! More

We went to the dealer to try to reduce our car payments through a new car. This was clearly stated when we sat down. Were told that a pre-owned was red. Wife obvjected to color. Saw a TV ad stating that Ed Voyles 2013s were at $139/mo. I realized that we had a higher balance on th other car and that 139 might not be had, but the $339 payment is higher than what we came in with and we are now a loser. I know that I cater to my wife and in this case should not have done so. I am unhappy with a salesman who steered us in a direction that benefitted him and not us. Basically it is my own fault, but really wish that our initial desires were truly considered. More
