I called an spoke to Sinjin 30 mins into coming in, Told him I totaled my car and was looking into getting a 2015 Kia soul. He told me to come right in and that he would be waiting on me. Sure enough when I came in with my mom Sinjin was waiting on me and my mom. He was very VERY nice, He knew a lot about cars and A lot about Kia as well. He was very open but also did not talk my ear off, he did not try to get me to look at other cars that I didn't want and most of all I appreciated his honesty. If I had ran into more car sales men like this I wouldn't Have been so terrified to car shop. I left with a 2015 Kia soul, he walked me thru every step. Thank you SinJin It really means the world to me. This guy deserves a raise and Hopefully he is with this company A LONG time. If I won millions of dollars I would Give him some, He seriously was that good at his job and just dealing with a stranger with a smile made my horrible day better. Go see him, he gets the job done. Very easy to work with. I don't have the best credit and I went in with doubts because I only had $700 to put down, I wish I would have come to Ed Voyles sooner. The finance man was also very great, I asked for a monthly payment under 300 and he made it so I could have gap coverage as well as extended warranty for $249 a month. I'm very grateful and I love my Forte. More
