Perfect, I went in to purchase a vehicle nearly upside down on my current loan and feeling really hopeless. When I entered the the sales floor the manager wal I went in to purchase a vehicle nearly upside down on my current loan and feeling really hopeless. When I entered the the sales floor the manager walked right over introduced himself and the associate he was talking to and asked if he could help me. I told him my situation and he said we can help you. I promise I will give you the the best deal possible.He said no hidden fees straight forward honesty and we here at KIA love veterans. I tell you those words alone made me feel better. Guess what he kept his word. I walked out of there with a lease and my trade in was paid off. I would recommend anyone to this KIA. It. The process was fast and convenient. I was comfortable and they were very patient I have had such bad experiences with buying cars and being over charged but this is one time I left feeling like I was treated right. The sales associates were nice honest professional and courteous.. Because of these guys I will forever be a KIA girl. Thank you Mr. Robert Baptiste Sales manager and to your team thanks. I love my new Kia Soul I went in for some routine maintenance on my 2015 Kia Soul and left with a 2018 Kia Soul. They worked really hard to get me into my new car. My credit I went in for some routine maintenance on my 2015 Kia Soul and left with a 2018 Kia Soul. They worked really hard to get me into my new car. My credit is not the best and they worked reallly hard to get me approved. They gave me a good trade in price and even agreed to make the first payment for me. It was a great experience and I will recommend them to my friends and family. Roxanne and Doug were awesome. More

Awesome customer service I'm new to the Atlanta area from Buffalo, NY and I drove 13.5 hrs. in my trusty 2006 Nissan Altima. The snow and salt took a toll on my poor car and rendered it a total loss. After two weeks of no vehicle and relying heavily on rental cars and ride sharing, I began searching for a new car. This time, I looked into any leasing options that could be available to me. Of course, the new car search can be a painful process, but, luckily the sales team at Ed Voyles Kia helped alleviate the pain. I was greeted by the sales manager Robert Baptiste who walked me through the process and spent a great deal of time helping me get into a newer car. He explained what was happening with the paper work each time a signature was needed so that there was never room for a second of "new car shopper anxiety." His sales team member Orion showed me the car features and I got to take the car for a test drive. Doug Harms in finance was just as friendly and helpful and assured me that leasing was a great option because it helps build your credit score. Robert Baptiste and his team are wonderful and I am happy to be with the Kia family as a new lesee of a 2018 Kia Optima. Thank you! More
