Going above and beyond I've only been to Ed Voyles two times so far one for an oil change and the second time to get my lug nut replaced that came off. My First Car! I initially found my vehicle of choice online and submitted an availability request. I scheduled a meeting with Brandon for Saturday, April 28th. Sho I initially found my vehicle of choice online and submitted an availability request. I scheduled a meeting with Brandon for Saturday, April 28th. Shopping in the neighborhood a few days early i decided to stop by and see the car in person before my appointment. I walked in that dealership just wanting to LOOK at the car and end up driving off the lot with my first car! Brandon was very nice and made the process seamless. Jaldrin took me out for a test drive and let me know about all of the features while Brandon helped another customer. Robert, the manager, was so helpful in making sure I got the rate I wanted and the car of my dreams! I came in not knowing anything about buying a car and they made sure I knew exactly what was going on and never intimidated me into the sale. Tim in finance explained all the numbers and answered all my questions. This team helped me make one of my first big decisions in life and I cant stop raving about how great they all are. More
Trade in for a new car made easy I knew I wanted to trade my car in but wanted to avoid dealerships due to the high pressure they put on you for a sale. But I wasn't in any rush beca I knew I wanted to trade my car in but wanted to avoid dealerships due to the high pressure they put on you for a sale. But I wasn't in any rush because I really loved my 2014 Kia. I went to Ed Voyle to figure out my options one day after work. Orion and Robert were both instrumental in helping me thru the process. It was getting late and lenders were closed so they offered for me to take the car home even though it wasn't purchased yet. I woke up thinking 'What did I do" and then realized - nothing, there was no pressure and I didn't actually buy it yet. What a great feeling. I went back early afternoon and discussed numbers and where I wanted to be and then Lynn was brought into assist. I walked out with my new car!! No high pressure sales, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and I was given different options. I waited to leave this review until my prior loan was paid off, I received my new tags/registration and until I was able to make my first payment on the new loan. Everything happened just as they said it would. With all the negative car salesman/dealership stereotypes, it was refreshing to have them be the ones to make me feel comfortable with my decision.
