Chianna was on it from the moment we stepped on the lot. She gave us a kind friendly greeting and was able to show me exactly what I asked for. I wasn’t looking for anything super expensive or flashy and she understood that. I appreciated that Chianna wasn’t trying to push me into buying anything outside of what I wanted to spend. Chianna and Robert were able to show me 2 awesome options that was hard to make a decision on. This was the 2nd lot of the day and I honestly didn’t think I was going to find or buy anything. How could I resist a great offer after such good customer service. I am in the customer service field so I value that in a business. If you go to Kia on Cobb Parkway ask Chianna she’s amazing!!!! More
