Do NOT trust Ed Voyles Kia service department. My engine broke apart while driving on the highway, despite my having brought it to them for service TWICE within the past month. By then I was narrow My engine broke apart while driving on the highway, despite my having brought it to them for service TWICE within the past month. By then I was narrowly over the 100k mile warranty, so they had to ask “permission” to replace the engine at their cost. After days of waiting to hear from them, I called and they said the person who approves such things was out of town. Thanks for the update. When they finally got approval, they acted like they were doing me a favor and wouldn’t pay for a rental car for the 2 weeks it would take to get the parts. They never communicated when the car would be ready, and whenever I called for an update they’d always say they’d have to find out and call me back and they never did. Overall very frustrating. More

Needed headlight bulb changed I am normally very pleased with the service from this location but not this time. They were very nice, but hit me with a huge bill later. The most thing I was disappointed about was that my bumper was not put back on properly. I noticed it when I got home and had to have it done myself. Also, about a week later, my car wouldn't start, and I found out that the battery cable wasn't tightened back up. This caused me wasted time and money. I paid about $200 to have a light bulb changed.I thought that was too much! More
