Oil change took 2 hours!???? I had an appointment at 9 am. I arrived before 9 a.m. everything started fine, I began to work on my laptop while waiting then I noticed it was 10:50 I had an appointment at 9 am. I arrived before 9 a.m. everything started fine, I began to work on my laptop while waiting then I noticed it was 10:50 and no updates on my car. I had to ask and they realize they had never started my oil change. So I had to wait another 40 minutes before it was completed. Waiting >2 hours is ridiculous! No offer of some type of compensation either.😡 More
Never Coming Back Basically back in December I received an oil change. I left and realized that they never put a sticker in my window to tell me when to come back. A couple hours later I come back he gives me some sort of handwritten sticker in my window . a few months later I remembered that I probably should get a oil change soon but the sticker was off by 30000 miles. So when I looked at my speedometer I basically have gone 10000 miles since my last oil change. I came in to get an oil change a couple days ago and literally all I got was a sorry and your car should be fine. No discount or anything to show that they're truly sorry for what they did. Not to mention two times before this when I got a oil change my car was leaking oil and I had to come back because they didn't tighten something correctly I guess. It's just there's too many instances where little mistakes are made and I just don't have the patience for it. So I'm going to go back to the previous dealership that I used to go to in Duluth. More

Good Service Dealership I love the educator discounts! *I didn't get an oil change reminder sticker. *"No recall" information was listed when my adviser looked it up, I love the educator discounts! *I didn't get an oil change reminder sticker. *"No recall" information was listed when my adviser looked it up, but a day before I went it was all over the news. I asked if it could just be disconnected and I would just get my music through my phone. I will admit to my ignorance in not thinking that disconnecting the radio would eliminate my Bluetooth too. I think the service advisor though should have advised me about the loss of Bluetooth but never said a word. Plus when I got my car back, it had a ruined tire from being driven through fresh asphalt. This service department needs a lot of improvement. More
Bad cap I had the check engine light come on on my 2011 Sorrento. I checked the oil and turned off the radio (so that I could hear the engine.) Everything seemed fine but I went to the dealer just to be sure. Turns out it was a bad gas cap. Anything under an hour and less than $50. On a car that has 119000 miles on it is a win in my book. Great customer service. More
