From Bad to Best , My recall experience was turned around My 2012 optima ex failed a recall that left me without a car and a lot of frustration. I needed a new engine and really didnt know what was going on. My 2012 optima ex failed a recall that left me without a car and a lot of frustration. I needed a new engine and really didnt know what was going on. The service operator Shane was transparent and upfront with me about my options and what I needed to do. They put me in a rental the same day and offered to take me to work. After being informed that it could take up to 30 days for the engine, I got my car back in a little over a week. They answered all my questions, assisted me in communicating with kia customer care, and gave me respect while I navigated what appeared to be a huge mess. I must say that Kia has done a great job compensating me for my frustration and now I have a brand new engine with a warranty that I couldnt turn down. I am very appreciative of the patience and care that both Shane and Eric took to make sure I got the information and help I needed to get back in my car. I will be returning to Ed voyles for my maintenance because I can appreciate honesty and transparency in the auto industry. Thank you for turning this situation around and taking care of my optima. More

Experience is a good Teaching. It takes someone like me to Know. Experience is a good teaching. When my car caught fire, two weeks ago (June 15, 2018), I saw my life flash before me. It was a Friday, and all Know. Experience is a good teaching. When my car caught fire, two weeks ago (June 15, 2018), I saw my life flash before me. It was a Friday, and all I thought about was how will i get to work on Monday. While only the interior was damaged, the entire door panel melted-sealing the driver side shut (until the fire department saved the windows, entered the trunk and put out the smolder). My insurance company said, I was facing a total loss. With the engine still intact my 2007 Honda Civic, with 200k, mile my car (Bessy) provided me no windows, let alone air, and i practically suffocated on my way home, pouring down with sweat having to stop and/or open the door just to breath-every two blocks. It was so hot outdoors. I looked at Drive Time-online, even spoke with my insurance Company State Farm, but I did not go through with the Financing because my insurance company disclosed it would be a one shot option. I sat there on my computer, looked at DriveTime, and others, but took a chance and requested information from ED Voyles Kia (Cobb Parkway). Within 15 minutes, Shyanna called me, and while I am in distress, she was more like a mother, nurturing and confident, and she let me spill my guts. What was I to do, with the unexpected. She assured me, all things work out for good. I got the hint and agreed to meet with her. When I arrived smelling like a forest fire, she greeted me with open arms and went straight to work. Two hours later, I drove home with my new vehicle, and she invited me back to finish the remaining paper work the next day-and I did. Three weeks later my financing has not been approved, and to date Shyanna and the entire Ed Voyles Kia team are working around the clock, up-to but not limited to the Finance manager David T. When I say, I would gladly turn my car in if not approved, I mean that because I could never repay them for making me feel loved, competent, like family, and powerful. When I say, I have never seen anything like this in my so close to 50 years of life. My experience solidified, my belief that all things work out for good, and that “Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.” I walked in with pretty much nothing (thinking its a car, not life-my attitude), and the vehicle material and can be taken away, but the experience is mine to keep near and dear to my heart and it like a tattoo, is engraved in my soul. The week my car caught fire, I was catching xxxx from every corner, and I just asked God please show me a sign. It never came until I was in my vehicle a week, when I realized I was so blessed I could not even receive it. My cup was running over so much, I got a raise on my job, a new car, and calm over my life. Even if it was all taking today, I will forever be grateful and humble. With Great Humility, I can assure my public's this has been the most enlightening experience I have ever had, with respect its my 5th car financed, but none compares. to this family experience. I rang the bell at the dealership upon taking possession of my car, and for a minute I thought I was on wall street. My sales person, Shyanna, was raised within the right state of mind. She put me first, and I am still baffled at how big her heart was. Everyone there I connected with. Everyone spoke to me. Never seen anything like this. Everyone, even customers. I was like "Woe, I must be dead, and if this is Heaven, I never want to leave" Its a car, not my life (a life), and it took the Kia-Ed Voyles team to solidify, that all things work our for good. All others take heed, this is a must see. Be compliant, transparent, trust worthy, and Ed-Voyles-Kia will shower you so much Love you will not be able to receive it. And so it is written, 6 financed cars later, their is hope, and dreams do come true. Today, (see me on instagram......I.pardner) I am going to lay hands on my vehicle, claim it, Name it (Ed), believe it, and receive it.,,, and this too will come to pass..
