Maintenance I came in for my regular maintenance check and in January 2016 I had purchased a maintenance agreement for $599.99. The Tech who approached me after I dropped of my care, although very nice and pleasant, informed me that they were unable to find record of my purchase. When I explained to him that I had been bringing my car in every 3 months for maintenance under this agreement with never a question about this, I was frustrated when asked to produce this document with proof of purchase and I spent the next 20 minutes digging through paperwork in my dash for something I purchased 18 months ago. Not sure why this was not in the system to begin with but it would have been nice to know that this was needed when I scheduled my maintenance check up 2 weeks prior. In any event, I ended up purchasing a new vehicle from Ed Voyles so it all worked out better than expected. More
They Threw away or Lost my work Parking Pads After every service visit the dealership will vacuum and wash your car. I had a parking pass on my rearview mirror that disappeared after they cleaned my car and they insist they don't know what happened to it. My advice is if you do go to them take anything you don't want to lose out of your car. Even something as simple as a parking pass. More

Overall good experience. Lisa King was a great service advisor and kept me "in the loop" throughout the recall, oil change and tire rotation processes. Unfortunately, my appointment was at 2:00 and I did not leave the dealership until 5:30. In all fairness, she did tell me my wait would be long, but that is way more time than I wanted to spend on a Friday afternoon. I originally had a Wednesday appointment, but Lisa called and let me know there would be an extended wait so I rescheduled for Friday. I appreciated her communicating with me, however, I still was there for 3 1/2 hours. More
Not so great Kia service I brought my Kia in for oil change and recall work last week. Firstly the rep Lisa was very hospitable and understanding of my needs. Also the technic I brought my Kia in for oil change and recall work last week. Firstly the rep Lisa was very hospitable and understanding of my needs. Also the technician who helped answer questions about installing my Kia bike rack was very helpful. However I must voice some concern about some extra costs. I ended up spending about $100 on four Lyft transportations to and from. The dealer didn’t have a rental car for me to use due to the recalls. Also they didn’t finish the service in time by the agreed up 11am time so I had to last minute use Lyft again to make an appointment in Alpharetta. I called corporate and they said they wouldn’t refund any of the costs since I didn’t drop off the car the night before. They were also kind of cold and not understanding on the phone. I am less apt to renew any lease or purchase a car from Kia due to the extra cost of service. I live in Buckhead GA so need to travel some distance to get service done and the closest dealers are Smyrna or Champlain. I also can’t work at the service station so staying there isn’t an option. Other dealers offer free rentals or are closer to my home. I’ll factor that into my future purchasing decisions. More
Great people! I went in for an oil change and 2 recalls. I had to get a new tie rod. Price was reasonable. Unfortunately, my car still has a rattle.
