Bad communication My car was estimated to be ready on 8/2/18. I called two day ahead to see if they could give me a possible time for pick up. I was told that I was cal My car was estimated to be ready on 8/2/18. I called two day ahead to see if they could give me a possible time for pick up. I was told that I was calling to far in advance and should wait on a email/phone call. The following day a called at 2:30, to see if I could get an updated. To my suprise, I was told that my car had been ready for a day now. I spent 60$ to get to school this day, when I could’ve pick up my car the day I called and was told that I was calling to far in advance. There should be a more efficient way to inform customers on the progress of their vehicles. More
