My spouse brought her car to the dealership and according to the service agreement the car should have received a wash and that did not happen. Long story short the service here is unacceptable and the techs to the service agreement the car should have received a wash and that did not happen. After they installed the breaks the brakes began to rattle when stopping, the pedal reaction time was delayed, or the brakes would not engage. The tech also put the wrong size tires on the car. The service dept waited for my spouse to call at 5pm knowing the car was sitting in the driveway. Then the ignorant service advisor named Phil Laugh at the whole debacle and thought it was FUNNY. No bad service compensation or remedy was ever offered to due to the danger and inconvenience my spouse was put in. Ed Voyles should do better lets see if the GM responds to my spouses email. More

I called to set up the appointment with Ed Voyles Hyundai is the best! My daughter’s 2013 Elantra needed the 30,000 mile service, plus front brakes. I called to set up the appointment with Cathy S, and then proceeded to change that appointment many times over a two-week span, due to my daughter’s work schedule. Cathy was unfailing kind to me when, yet again, I had to call and change! The service department performed the needed repairs, plus they called and informed me of the need for front brakes. In by 9, out by 3. Just perfect! Thank you for another positive Ed Voyles experience. More
