We have used the Ed Voyles service department through out the warranty period and will continue to do so in the future. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have had few problems but the mechanics were always able to correct them to our satisfaction. More
Inconsistent I went to the service dept for a minor warranty repair. The part had to be ordered, I scheduled an appt. and waited. I had to call and check on the part before I headed there to my appt., part not ready, so I scheduled another appt. Part not ready again. They did not keep me informed about the status, I had to contact them. I mostly dealt with Terence in the Service dept. there was also a female service advisor who was very unpleasant. Finally, after a long time for the part to be ready - my car was repaired. I dropped it off because I was told it would take approx. 4 hours to repair. The repair was completed in 4 hours. The cashier - Lisa Torres was nice to work with, very friendly. I purchased my vehicle from here because I had trouble with the previous Hyundai dealership. I hope this is not an indication of future service calls. More

Scheduled Warranty Service Visit Took Way Too Long Our 2017 required it's second standard warranty visit. Services provided included: oil change; tire rotation; 27 point inspection; recall campaign (1 Our 2017 required it's second standard warranty visit. Services provided included: oil change; tire rotation; 27 point inspection; recall campaign (17-01-062). I scheduled an appointment for this service with a "customer waiting" status. My wife brought the vehicle in and this "simple" service took 2.5 hours to complete. Not once was she updated on the delay or progress, no explanations. This is unacceptable. More

Damaged my car/ didn't tell me/ C STUMP NOT INVOLVED My Genesis was serviced on 6/18 and damaged on the bumper with a small but deep gouge. The bumper was almost new. I had to point it out. Ed Voyles said they would repair it. I was told to coordinate through the service rep handling my car. I told her I expected the bumper replaced and asked for a report on what was going to be done before the work was done. Repeated communications were met with statements that the body shop wasn't getting back with info. When I called today asking for info they said they had "repaired" the bumper instead of replacing it, which was not work that I authorized. They have not yet committed to fix their mistake in a satisfactory manner. More
