We were planning to buy Hyundai Sonata 2013. During my first visit to dealership it didn't work out. Next day I received a call from Shannon Ballard and he asked me to visit them again. When we went there first visit to dealership it didn't work out. Next day I received a call from Shannon Ballard and he asked me to visit them again. When we went there he sit with us and worked out on all the things that we couldn't do it on our first visit. I was so impressed with dealership and everyone working there that they care so much about their customers. One thing I can now definitely say that they really make sure that their customers are happy when they walk out of the dealership and they put every effort to do so. They just don't aell cars they build relationships with customers. 10/10 to them. And Shannon, I have never seen a single person like him. He is fantastic.
