However when he got to Finance they reprinted the paper work and charged him an additional 2,500 dollars and I went up there the next day with him to get it fixed because he didnt know what he was signing and TONY CARABALLO gave me this two minute spill about the bank wouldnt finance him so they had to add money to his loan as a down payment to the bank. What a bunch of crap. My friends credit score was a 730 and he put 1500 down. So basically the 1500 went to nothing and they got him for an additional 2500 dollars. Crooks!!!!! Bob Newsome is a great salesman there. Very honest and friendly but PLEASE beware of the finance department they are very tricky, shady and overall liars!!!!! My friend did not get to return the car since he signed the papers and drove it off the lot. A guy name JASON IS THE FINANCE MANAGER he is the worst one. Tall guy with black hair very cocky. A black guy named Malcom in finance is great. He is the one you want to see! More
Beware the "Bait & Switch"! My salesman (Bob Newsome) was great: friendly, helpful, low-pressure. I signed a lease on a new car and left the dealership happy. BUT, one month later, I was called back in was great: friendly, helpful, low-pressure. I signed a lease on a new car and left the dealership happy. BUT, one month later, I was called back in to sign a new lease. The first one had been rejected by Honda. The dealership took the opportunity to change the terms, including the sales price of the car, which is the basis for the monthly lease payment. The finance staff turned up the heat and said I could sign the new lease or leave them my car. Be careful with these guys. You may think you have a good deal when you sign your paperwork, but they'll call you back in later to do it over again; only it won't be anything like the deal you agreed to. You'll have to sign their new deal or leave them your car. Buy your Honda somewhere else! More
I have been using this dealership for service of my Hondas (Civic, Accord, and now Element) for more than 12 years and have always been pleased with their service department. I recently took my vehicle Hondas (Civic, Accord, and now Element) for more than 12 years and have always been pleased with their service department. I recently took my vehicle to another Honda service department across town near where I work and was very disappointed with the service I received. Specifically, I have my oil changes, all of the Honda recommended maintenance, and any other routine maintenance that is needed done here. I know I can always trust the work to be top quality and they won't try to upsell me on something that isn't needed. They are honest and straightforward. They have also always been able to work me in when I needed something like having a tire plugged on the way to work. It may have cost me a little more at the dealership, but the peace of mind of knowing it was being done right was worth it. I also recently had to have some work done at their body shop. As luck would have it, their body shop was just as top-notch as the service department. I can't say enough positive things about the two areas of this dealership with which I have worked. They are really top-notch! More
I have nothing but good words to say about the Internet Sales Manager Mike Dennihy at Ed voyles Honda. We decided on the price before we came to the dealership. All the other salespersons from other dealer Sales Manager Mike Dennihy at Ed voyles Honda. We decided on the price before we came to the dealership. All the other salespersons from other dealerships all said the price would be higher when we actually got to the dealership. With that in mind, we just want to check out what's going to happen and then decide to take the van or not. But it turns out to be perfectly smooth and we bought the van on the spot with the exact price we agreed upon. No hidden fees, no extra charges. Mike has been very patient and honest from the very beginning. He always responds to my questions very quick with the attitude that make me feel that I'm respected. He also worked very hard to get us on the same page on the price. I highly recommend him if anyone wants to have a happy car buying experience! More
If you are looking to buy a used car, I recommend to stay far away from these people. I had a real shoking experience. David - the sales rep had us see cars from outside the first time we were there, and as far away from these people. I had a real shoking experience. David - the sales rep had us see cars from outside the first time we were there, and asked us to come back the next day to do a test drive as they were almost closing. When we went there the next day, he had us drive one honda accord. We asked him if we could see other cars close to our budget and he refused to do so saying this was the only car that suited us the best. I had seen honda cars in my budget range on his website before going to him. He just seemed as if we were bothering him. We decided we would buy that Honda that we drived. We liked it. Then there was the finance guy that came in as if he had 110 customers waiting for him and kept rushing through the process. I was a first time buyer and had few questions for him. He had grumpy faces and silly jokes as answers. He would not let me read a document before I signed it, he just did not care. I did not give them money yet and I said I would come back to them on Monday. As I left the place, I realised I was in deep shock and had never experienced this before. The next day Sam called and asked if we were meeting to do the deal. I had him connect me to his manager and I spoke to him about the horrifying experience at length. He could do nothing but be sorry. He advised that he would deal with me further if I was interested. But, I just did not want them to get even a penny as bebefit from me. It is a pity that customers are treated like this. Totally disastrous experience!! NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. More
I find Ed Voyles Honda to be, far and away, the finest Honda store in metro Atlanta. I have purchased a Civic and a Pilot there in the last two months and couldn't be more pleased with the experiences. W Honda store in metro Atlanta. I have purchased a Civic and a Pilot there in the last two months and couldn't be more pleased with the experiences. Why? Here is what I have discovered; Honda Carland is being sold to an large Oriental based company; Curry Honda is owned by a company from NY, most of the other Honda stores, (Nalley, Team, Gwinnett, Mall of GA, etc.) are owned by big publicly held companies. Those companies care about stockholders, NOT individual customers or keeping the same employees. I've purchased from those stores (not all, but three of them), but never find the same people there when I go back. Voyles provides consistency in people, service, and ownership experience. I would pay MORE to do business with Voyles, and have, in order to get the right vehicle from the right people. Past experience has taught me the ownership experience is WAY more important than the 'illusion' of the lowest price. The ownership experience lasts years, the buying experience a few hours or days. My years of buying cars (I buy for me, my wife and two daughters!) leads me to believe all dealers sell the cars for about the same price, there is no such thing as the "low priced dealer!" Voyles people tell it like it is, don't play games and make the purchase experience fast, fun (yes, fun), and easy. Waste your time 'shopping' if you want too, but I would recommend you visit Ed Voyles Honda first and save yourself a lot of time. More
I am a woman who HATES the car buying experience, until now. I love my new Civic and Richard Wade and all the great people have NOT changed my mind about how miserable buying a car ususally is, but they h now. I love my new Civic and Richard Wade and all the great people have NOT changed my mind about how miserable buying a car ususally is, but they have changed my mind about Ed the Voyles Honda buying experience. It is the only place I will go from now on and I will suggest the same to all my friends. They told me the truth, they answered my questions and my intent to shop around disappeared quickly. They not only gave me a great deal, they did it fast and made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable environment. Thank you to all the fine people at Ed Voyles Honda. Maria More
Best price I could find in Georgia. Richard gave us the price and had the car we were looking for. The folks in the business could have been better the monthly payment was lower than the salesperson said i price and had the car we were looking for. Took to Honda after visiting independent tire shop who pointed out that the alignment bolts had not been properly tightened in the previous service. Honda refused to take responsibility and charged for r pointed out that the alignment bolts had not been properly tightened in the previous service. Honda refused to take responsibility and charged for replacement in addition to replacing tie rods and bearings in front wheels along with a tire and wheel. (As he kept adding to the price it finally topped out at $1200 for a job that had been estimated at $860.) Next day the mud flap that had been broken in the repair process came loose and hoping that Ed Voyles might take some responsibility for the damage (caused by his repair shop) visited the shop again. "Not their shoddy repair." Of course, they are the only ones who have worked on the car. One week later the tire installed by Ed Voyles developed a bubble. Back to the shop (after getting an estimate by another company). The explanation (from Ed Voyles) was that it was the way the car had been driven in the last week that caused the tire to form the bubble. Well, my daughter, who had obviously been taken advantage of said that was absurd. She called North American Honda and Bridgestone tire and finally got Ed Voyles to replace the tire for the cost of mounting and balancing the tire (apparently the standard for repair work). Honda has a great preventive maintenance program. I have purchased four Honda cars and have always had the car serviced in the dealer shop, but Ed Voyles Honda dealer is a disaster. More
If you want to be treated badly and be abused by a sales rep, go to Voyles. Otherwise, stay away, stay far, far away! Our experience with them was shocking. Sales rep never introduced himself nor asked us o rep, go to Voyles. Otherwise, stay away, stay far, far away! Our experience with them was shocking. Sales rep never introduced himself nor asked us our names, behaved as if we were bothering him by asking about three cars they advertised for sale, told us the cars had been sold the day before when they were sitting there on the lot, did not walk "with us" through the lot (walked far ahead), would not open up the cars to let us look inside, etc. We left there and went to Honda Carland and bought a Honda Accord EX for approximately $20,000.
