This is our 3RD new Honda from Ed Voyles in Marietta and our 3RD car from Mike Dennihy. Mike has always given us the best price right up front (we did check around Atlanta) and never leaves us with any supr our 3RD car from Mike Dennihy. This dealership imbibes every negative connotation of a car dealership. I have never had such an unpleasant experience car shopping. I was approved and secured the special financing rate on a brand new car dealership. I have never had such an unpleasant experience car shopping. I was approved and secured the special financing rate on a brand new Accord from another dealership and was shortly in an accident. My car was totaled. I went to Ed Voyles to purchase a replacement car I was told that I would have no problem getting the special rate again. They gave a fair price. When I went online to fill the credit application several days later and called the dealership the sales manager told me that they can only give me the special financing rate or the price on the car. I explained those are two different things. He assured me I would get the price and rate that they had run my credit and to come in. I arrived with my cosigner and was told that I was unable to get the same rate I received three months ago. They then played with the numbers. They increased the APR by 3%, when I had been approved by American Honda Finance for the 1.9%. I walked out. Called two other dealerships and gave them my financial information and my cosigner information and was assured that I would be able to obtain the 1.9%. I received the price and rate I wanted. GO ELSEWHERE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE ED VOYLE CAR FAMILY TO ANYONE. More

We decided on a new Honda and we emailed Ed Voyles Honda with our request. Within 2 minutes Richard had emailed us back with the exact information we asked for. I called him and set up and appointment to se with our request. Within 2 minutes Richard had emailed us back with the exact information we asked for. I called him and set up and appointment to see an Accord. When we arrived he had the car ready for us to test drive. The whole thing took less that 90 minutes to complete everything and the paperwork was very easy. I had emailed other Honda dealers in the Atlanta area and all they wanted to do we get me to come and see them whithout giving me any information........... We had our own financing before we arrived but they were able to beat the interest rate and saved us even more money. This was by far the best car buying experience I have eveer had. I will rate Richard Wade 10 out of 10 and the who thing was great. Thank you to Ed Voyles Honda and Richard Wade the Internet Manager..... More
I shopped around several dealerships when I returned from Iraq. Nobody gave me the service and price that John Schibi the General Sales Manager gave me when I shopped Ed Voyles. We bought a 2006 Honda Odyssey EX-L. After we left with our van we were very satisfied with the way everything turned out. Doing the paper work was very easy. The car we bought used (2004 Honda Element) seems to be good so far, but we were given a single after-market (not genuine Honda) key that 'failed' after 3 weeks. This means the car would not start. We were good so far, but we were given a single after-market (not genuine Honda) key that 'failed' after 3 weeks. This means the car would not start. We were not told about this key up front. Neither were we told that it is 'prone to failure' (according to technician at the dealership). It was up to us to have the car towed to the dealership so they could make a new key. In addition, no one would 'take charge' of the situation; we were passed from person to person - there seems to be an extreme lack of communication between departments. When asked by the salesperson how the buying experience was and if they could do anything better, we gave them honest responses and suggested that they provide customers with 2 (genuine Honda) master keys along with a valet key. None of our concerns were addressed, the response was, "I apologize for the inconvenience" (literally this is all that was said). In other words, the customer service ends as soon as you sign on the dotted line. The buying and test driving stage was easy and the experience was good, however the follow up has soured us in regards to this dealership. Therefore I would not recommend this dealership to anyone else. Life is too short and there are many others out there. Update: I wrote to the salesperson, and was rebuffed. I wrote to the Customer Service Manager and was initially told that he would look into the problem. Then I was ignored. Finally, I wrote to the General Manager and within a half hour he offered to provide a full set of keys as well as the first service free. The keys are all we wanted in the first place; I really wish the first two contacts could have offered a little more help, but we are satisfied now. I've changed the ratings slightly to reflect this.
