He was open to questions and worked to make a deal with that fit my needs and budget. He did not try to sell me a car I was not interested in as I experienced at other dealerships. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
We were looking for a good used Honda vehicle and found good prices on the internet for Ed Voyles Hondas. We contacted Patrick Vaughn and met him on a Saturday afternoon. We looked at several cars and di good prices on the internet for Ed Voyles Hondas. We contacted Patrick Vaughn and met him on a Saturday afternoon. We looked at several cars and different models also. Patrick had a great knowledge of the vehicles and we purchased a 2005 CRV. It had the safety features we required and we all want to drive this vehicle. Thank you very much. More
Patrick and Josh came across as all-around average guys. No fancy double talk and none of that gimmicky "What kind of car can we put you in today." garbage. I saw the car I wanted online, went to the deale No fancy double talk and none of that gimmicky "What kind of car can we put you in today." garbage. I saw the car I wanted online, went to the dealership, told Patrick what I wanted and he made it happen. Out of a half-a-dozen car purchases this was BY FAR the smoothest and most worry free experience I've ever had. I'll definitely be recommending Ed Voyles to any of my friends or family. More
Ed Voyles made purchasing my Honda Odyssey the most smooth, hassle-free, convenient, and time-efficient car-buying experience that I ever had. I dealt with the Internet Sales person - Richard Wade - h smooth, hassle-free, convenient, and time-efficient car-buying experience that I ever had. I dealt with the Internet Sales person - Richard Wade - he was extremely professional, honest, and competitive throughout the whole car-buying process. None of the Atlanta-area Honda dealerships coule beat the price he offered on the 2011 Honda Odyssey EXL with Navigation. The car was delivered on-time, as promised and the purchase formalities were completed very quickly. I was in and out of the dealership with my new vehicle in about 2 hours. I definitely recommend buying your next Honda from Ed Voyles and do look up Richard Wade. He is a great salesman. Thanks More
I just acquired two new Honda CRVs from Ed Voyles Honda, working with Mr. Richard Wade. I cannot say enough about Mr. Wade's exceptional customer service, professionalism, courtesy, and total concern for hi working with Mr. Richard Wade. I cannot say enough about Mr. Wade's exceptional customer service, professionalism, courtesy, and total concern for his customers' satisfaction. He insured I and my wife were completely comfortable with our selection of vehicles, and worked tirelessly and quickly to ensure we received the pricing and terms with which we were comfortable, as well as taking care of all of our concerns and the many details of getting our vehicles ready for us. As Honda automobile owners for over 20 years, we have purchased many new vehicles, and know there are many details involved with this process. My experience at Ed Voyles was that the team involved in assisting us showed the utmost consideration for our time and satisfaction. Mr. Cory Pelfrey (Business Mgr.) and Mr. John Schibi (Gen Sales Mgr) were very helpful, friendly, and patient in providing us with the important information we needed to make our decisions. This was our second experience getting our vehicles at Ed Voyles Honda. We use their service and parts department, and have found them to be very accommodating and attentive to our needs. More

Got an email quote from them over the phone for a 2011 Accord Coupe 6MT NAVI (blk/blk) saying I was approved and car was ready for drive out(all without my acknowledgement). So I went over to meet David K Accord Coupe 6MT NAVI (blk/blk) saying I was approved and car was ready for drive out(all without my acknowledgement). So I went over to meet David Kozarich asking what was going on. I told him that I have already have committed to buy the car from the other dealer and that it’s an out of state purchase and I’ve already booked my ticket as well. He goes in the sales managers office comes with some numbers, and I told him sorry, then the manager comes in and asks what he can do to get my business, i told him to beat the deal, he agrees, then he starts throwing in freebies like service maintenance contract etc... I told him I would think about it, he goes Im getting the car now and you can think about it till then, i told him that was not enough time... Next thing you know they had me signing the papers, because he would not let me leave the dealership, so they only way out was to sign the papers. When I looked at the numbers, they were higher than the quote I got from another dealer; also they did not factor in the $500 rebate Honda was offering. In all I got screwed as they FORCED me to buy the car and moreover LIED about the numbers, I ended up paying $1220 more and these clowns screwed me! ED VOYLES HONDA needs to re adjust the correct numbers on the LEASE documents or Refund my money back! I Do recommend this dealer to even my enemies...Word of advice to everyone reading this: DO NOT trust this Dealer and DO NOT buy from them... More
In an attempt to resolve a previous matter and to have questions answered, I had been trying to get someone within customer service to help me at Ed Voyles honda in a follow-up to a better business bureau questions answered, I had been trying to get someone within customer service to help me at Ed Voyles honda in a follow-up to a better business bureau case I filed. Finally after hours of trying I finally get Pete Richards on the phone and instead of answering my questions in an attempt to solve the matter, he jumps in and threatens legal action against me with his lawyers. All I tryed to get answered is why his people never told me about the 8000 add on or whatever value was extended on the loan. Turns out the answer came from Fidelity. Yet it is very concering that versus trying to answer my question, Mr. Richards has made it clear that I am lieing and harassing his staff, which I can understand, but why go to the length of treating a customer who has met their obligations. This is very distrubing. As such I have asked corporate honda to intervene in a case review, which will include why my vin number on my contract was entered wrong, plus why the salespeople failed to mention these facts in addition to Mr. Richards reaction. Is this customer service? I have also asked Fidelity to contact Mr. Richards to explain the cause for my concern. but this still doesn't resolve the fact that a company who obviously makes millions would threaten to sue a customer who has a good payment record. Makes one really think. More

I have a 2006 Civic, which is out of warranty but has very low miles (about 34k). I'm very happy with the car, but the sun visor broke the other day & wouldn't stay up. I looked on-line & found many comp very low miles (about 34k). I'm very happy with the car, but the sun visor broke the other day & wouldn't stay up. I looked on-line & found many complaints about this problem. I went to Ed Voyles Honda, as I had used them in the past. I was expecting a fight to see if they would fix this under warranty. I figured they would tell me they never saw this before & I caused the failure. Instead, after talking with the Assistant Service Manager, Mr. Sweet, who inspected the problem on the service drive, they agreed to fix it for me. He even told me he sees this problem reglarly & the sun visors are "kind of cheesy". I was so impressed with his honesty about the problem. He even fixed it himself while I waited. I was there maybe 20 minutes. You never expect this kind of treatment from a dealer, but, thanks to Mr. Sweet, I will be using Ed Voyles for all my service work. More
