Marty in sales greeted the 3 of us and immediately made us feel comfortable--his pleasant mannerism (charm) and helpfulnes were key. Cleanliness of showroom (including rest rooms) and outside area made a favorable impression on us as well. We had previously used the Service Dept and had had excellent experience with the work done on our 1999 Accord. We bought a 2011 CR-V that Saturday and drove off with it. Cory in Finance had made the paperwork go smoothly and he seemed happy in his job with Ed Voyles which also made a favorable impression on us. We decided to keep the 1999 Accord as a second car since it only had 190,000 miles on it and wanted a second year and had been happy with the service provided by the Ed Voyles Service Dept over the years in keeping our 1999 Accord running in excellent condition and could count on the Service Dept for future work on our 1999 car as well as the new 2011 Honda CR-V we purchased. Several years ago I purchased a jeep wrangler from Petrick Vaughn.I was very pleased with his professionalism , and the way he handled my purchase of the vehicle. I was even happier with the purchase Petrick Vaughn.I was very pleased with his professionalism , and the way he handled my purchase of the vehicle. I was even happier with the purchase of a 2008 Oddssey. My wife is under going treatment for cancer so we needed van to transport her easily. I visited the dealership on 5/12/2011 and explained the circumstances. Patrick did all the necessary paperwork that day so my wife only had to sign papers on 5/13/2011.Patrick Vaughn and Eric Palmsteen are assets for your dealership. Both were so concerned about meeting our needs with a safe and reliable vehicle that met our budget but also handled our paperwork in an efficient amout of time. More

I had a great experience with the Ed Voyles Pre-Owned dealership. I came in on a Sunday afternoon, test drove a few Honda Accords on the lot, and managed to find a great deal on a 2009 model. Patrick w dealership. I came in on a Sunday afternoon, test drove a few Honda Accords on the lot, and managed to find a great deal on a 2009 model. Patrick was extremely friendly, attentive, and actually listened to what I wanted. He didn't try to push any unnecessary options or a more expensive model on me at any time after I expressed my criteria for the car I wanted. It was refreshing, actually. He worked with me for nearly five hours and stayed an extra hour past their designated closing time ... on a SUNDAY! David in the finance office was extremely friendly and receptive, as well. Thanks to both of them for going the extra mile. Since my purchase happened so late in the day, Patrick asked me to come back early in the week to get my new car detailed (the detail guys had already left on Sunday). Most salesmen wouldn't suggest that. When I did go back for the detailing, I stepped down to the service department to ask about a brake issue on the 2009 Accord model and the gentlemen there were very open and honest about the answers to my questions. While I feel that the brakes issue should have been disclosed in the shopping process (class action lawsuit against Honda for the 2008-2009 Accord brake design and very premature wearing on the pads), I do not fault anyone at Ed Voyles. It's not common knowledge and there was no recall issued, as far as I know. If I had one very minor complaint, it would be that my trade-in vehicle (2004 Mazda3) was probably worth more than I was offered. This is why I give a 3 for the price category above. With brand new tires and low mileage for a 7 year old car (under 11,000 a year), it could have been better. But, with the very good price I was offered on the Accord I felt just fine about the dollars/cents in the end. Overall ... I will definitely send friends and family to Ed Voyles Honda! I used to own a Civic and had great dealings with them prior to 2004 when I went with Mazda. To be honest, I am not sure why I left. Good job, Patrick, and thanks!! More
As being a new fresh graduate and buying a reliable car, Ed Voyles Honda is a great place to buy the car. I looked at some inventory online and went there and asked for the internet sales specialist, Patrkick Vaughn, a great sales person will help you in every aspect, friendly and listens to the customer's needs and requirements. I was looking for a Honda Accord EX-L within the price range which I could afford. Patrick was really great in showing me the price of the which i could afford in my payment range. He is very honest and straight up front no games. He made the process the really smooth and was there to answer any question. I really enjoyed working with Patrick and Chason, the sales manager, who is also a great and friendly person. I loved this place and would definitely recommend to others. I am a very loyal person and based on my first experience with Ed Voyles Honda, and Patrick, I would definitely go back there to buy again in the future. Thanks Patrick and Chason, who helped me to get the best deal. More
Patrick was very helpful in making sure my experience was satisfactory. The car I bought seemed to not have any viewable problems. The day after I bought it, the check engine light came on. I called Patrick, satisfactory. The car I bought seemed to not have any viewable problems. The day after I bought it, the check engine light came on. I called Patrick, he told me to bring it in and they would resolve the problem or find another car that met my expectations. They ended up repairing the issue and I would recommend Patrick and Ed Voyles to a friend. More

From the time my fiancee and I were greeted by Patrick until we drove our 2004 Ford Explorer home, we both felt pressured and comfortable with the car buying experience. Patrick was always very honest and straight forward with us and had extensive knowledge of every car we looked at. I would recommend this place, and Patrick, to friends and family. Definitely going back for my next car. More
Both Kelly Blue Book, and Black Book rate my trade in at approximately $5500. My vehicle is in mint condition interior, exterior, and has no mechanical problems. Vehicle is still covered under full-mechan approximately $5500. My vehicle is in mint condition interior, exterior, and has no mechanical problems. Vehicle is still covered under full-mechanical warranty through Land Rover for another 5,000 miles so vehicle is in perfect condition. Ed Voyles Honda quoted me $2000 for this vehicle as a trade-in stating the mechanic smelled anti-freeze in the engine compartment. Land Rover just replaced a leaking radiator in my vehicle within the last 2 months, the radiator was leaking coolant, this is likely what the mechanic could smell. They found NO mechanical defect OR leakage but claimed this smell could mean a component could fail soon, and because of this they would only offer $2,000 as a trade-in value. After leaving Ed Voyles Honda I drove a few miles away to a CarMax location, told them that unlike at Honda I did not want to purchase a vehicle only sell mine to them. After a half hour inspection the sales manager offered to buy my vehicle for $4000. This was really poor service from Ed Voyles Honda and I would not recomment dealing with them due to questionable selling practices. While trade in values can vary, this price was completely unrealistic. More
WOW ! We had a great experience at Ed Voyles this past Thursday evening. Through the decades of purchasing vehicles, this experience was by far the best. We saw the internet ad for the 2006 Honda Odysse Thursday evening. Through the decades of purchasing vehicles, this experience was by far the best. We saw the internet ad for the 2006 Honda Odyssey. Patrick was extremely helpful, informative, and professional. In the peak of rush hour traffic, Patrick was so patient to allow both my husband and I to test drive the Odyssey. We never once felt rushed or pressured. We also worked with Chason and Josh. What really impressed us the most was the fact that these gentlemen were; fair, honest, considerate, and straight forward. In fact, since we do not live in Marietta, we were able to send our spare keys & paperwork (owner's manual, records, etc.) to them the next day. Patrick even let me know when the paperwork arrived. The follow-up was fantastic. We bought the mini-van without any hassles or wasted time, and drove home the same evening. If you are planning to purchase a vehicle, and want to have a positive experience, then these are the folks to do business with. We would recommend them to friends and family which is a true testimony to the integrity of their business. Kudos to Voyles Honda.. Sincerely, The Williams Family More
Found Ed Voyles on the internet. I looked at several cars and liked that there were many pictures to look at. I called Patrick Vaughn and he answered my questions about the car.
