They had all my information for the specific model, including an finance application for 0.9% loan. My appointment was confirmed . After driving 20 miles out of my way, way beyond many other dealers closer to my home, I was turned away because, yesterday, they sold all of the inventory which I told them I was interested in. For some reason they asked me for a deposit on a car that did not exist, nor did they know if they were going to recieve one in the near future! Is this how Honda does business now? More

I just purchased my 4th car from Ed Voyles Honda and from my salesman, Don Marlowe. One of my cars was badly damaged before it was six months old in a fender bender type accident and Ed Voyles body shop kept me and my insurance company informed of each procedure being performed and the costs. That car lasted 12 years until it was totaled in another accident. In this instance, Don Marlowe was able to assist me in the choice of a new 2011 CR-V and I am very happy with this new vehicle. Being in my mid-50's, I have had the opportunity to purchase a number of vehicles, both new and used. After searching the internet for used Honda Ridgelines, I found several that interested me. I spo purchase a number of vehicles, both new and used. After searching the internet for used Honda Ridgelines, I found several that interested me. I spoke with Mr. Vaughn on the telephone and drove to the dealership. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me at all. I never felt rushed or hurried, even though it was after closing time. The experience was so positive, that I never followed up on the other trucks that I had seen on the internet. I purchased the truck that evening. Follow-up after the sale has been excellent and I will definitely contact Patrick the next time that I need a vehicle. I also had the opportunity to utilize the service department today (approximately 4 weeks after the sale) in order to have an additional key made. I dealt with Damien who was very friendly, polite and helpful in every way. Not only did he make the key in a timely manner, he inspected my car and replaced a burned-out brake light at no charge. Ed Voyles was the second place I stopped at when out looking for a replacement 07 Accord that I unfortunatly hit a deer with and totaled. I pulled in and was met by Patrick, we found not only an Accord looking for a replacement 07 Accord that I unfortunatly hit a deer with and totaled.
