I previously purchased a vehicle from Ed Voyles Honda in the spring of 2010. At the time, I was extremely happy with the vehicle and the price. Since that time, however, several issues have arisen. Prior to purchasing my car I was told that it had been in an accident. Nothing in the engine compartment had been damaged, which was my greatest concern. In the year that I have owned the car, though, I have had to repair the passenger side power window mechanism as well as the door latch mechanism on the same door. Both of these repairs were either incorrectly repaired in the previous accident or were problematic as a result of that accident. I have no idea whether Ed Voyles did any repair work on the car after it was in the accident and before I bought it. Correspondingly, the repairs that I have had to do may not have been their fault. However, I would recommend that any potential customer really think twice before buying any vehicle with accident history from this dealership. More
