I had a very good experience with Ed Voyles Honda. There was no high pressure, which would have been a no sale for me. The salesman - Greg - couldn't have been more helpful. I am a small business contractor, driving a 1994 van, in need of a new used Truck. Been looking for months, dealerships, were not helping me. Went on the internet, and found Ed Voyles Honda, viewed their in need of a new used Truck. Been looking for months, dealerships, were not helping me. Went on the internet, and found Ed Voyles Honda, viewed their inventory, and found what i was looking for. Met with Patrick Vaughn, told him what my budget was, and he started the ball rolling. I drove my New Truck off the lot, the same day i met with him and his staff. I am recomending Patrick and Voyles Honda to my co-workers. Thank You Gerry More

I told him I needed to have it bought and be on the road by 2:30PM due to my Daughter needing to go to work and we were done by 1:00PM. That was including the car going through detail and installing the All-Weather Package I added, so the dealership met our time constraints very well. Although I felt I deserved more for my trade, the buying experience was good. Larry knew I had done my research on this vehicle and he knew exactly what I was looking for and delivered it. Larry knew his product knowledge very well and taught me a few more things about the car I didn't know. Price probably could have been better considering this is the fourth vehicle I've bought from Ed Voyles in the past five years, but the overall buying experience was great. This dealership does not try to rip you off or sell you something you don't need. I won't buy from any other dealership. I drive 60 miles to buy from Ed Voyles anytime I need a vehicle, whether it's from their Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep Dealership or their Honda Dealership. I recommend everyone visit Ed Voyles' Dealerships before making a decision to buy from some other dealerships in the Atlanta area. More
We had done our research. We knew the Fit was what we wanted for my 23 y.o. daughter and that we should be able to purchase one for the $15,000 we had to spend. Jason respected us as informed consumers, wanted for my 23 y.o. daughter and that we should be able to purchase one for the $15,000 we had to spend. Jason respected us as informed consumers, provided excellent service and spent all the time necessary to get Lindsay in the car she wanted within a few hours of the time we walked in. We couldn't be more pleased with the car or the service we received through Ed Voyles! More

My experience was okay until I realized that the contract that I signed was not the price that we verbally agreed too. Obviously this is my fault for not catching that my acessories were added twice into the that I signed was not the price that we verbally agreed too. Obviously this is my fault for not catching that my acessories were added twice into the many lines of the contract (extra $1000)before I signed. The salesman agreed that it was wrong but his manager didn't even want to talk to him to verify my story, he just told me that I was re-negotiating the contract. I even offered to dig up the voicemail from the salesman stating the terms of the deal. He just reiterated that he never heard of re-negotiating contracts but would throw in a free oil change. I heard alot of talk while I was there about how they just want to take care of the customer but then once they have your money they won't even consider backing up all the talk. Shop around for more than price! Buyer Beware of Ed Voyles Honda contract practices. More
I have purchased 3 Hondas in the past. I purchased a CR-V from Ed Voyles in 2006. I purchased my current Accord from another dealership and was not pleased with the service I received. So, when I deci CR-V from Ed Voyles in 2006. I purchased my current Accord from another dealership and was not pleased with the service I received. So, when I decided I wanted to buy another vehicle, I thought of your dealership because of the good experience I had previously. Basically, I drove out of my way and past several other Honda dealerships to do business with yours. I have provided the email conversation I had with David below. At the conclusion of that conversation, I believed that your dealership had Crosstours in stock and specifically the ones quoted below. Imagine my surprise when David greeted me with: “So, you’re looking for an Accord, right?” I reminded him that I was interested in a Crosstour. His response – “Well, your email said an Accord”. I said, “No, I said I owned an Accord.” I should have stopped the conversation there but since I had made a long drive from Canton, GA while visiting my family, I decided to go with it. David then stated that he only had one Crosstour, which the manager was currently driving and asked if wanted to take a test drive. Given that I have never had the opportunity to drive a Crosstour, I decided to again to just go with it. I kept my opinion to myself when he showed me a dirty car and stated that this was the one that we would be test driving. My nephew, who is three, touched the car and left a handprint in the film of dirt on the car. I again decided to just go with it because I had never drive a Crosstour. I took the test drive and enjoyed the way the car felt. I was agreeable with considering that car despite my 1st impressions because of all of the nice amenities in it. David never mentioned the price of the car and never told me what my trade-in was valued at. He brought Malcolm over and introduced me to him. When there was no mention of additional costs, I was under the impression that I would get a great deal on this car or at least something close to what I was quoted since I would essentially be purchasing a used car. Malcolm was just as shocked as I was when he ran the numbers and saw that the monthly payments were over $600. When I asked why it was so high, his response: “That’s a very expensive car. They have it priced at $32K.” My response was: “Do you really think that I would pay that much money for a used car? Besides, what happened to what I was told in the email and better yet did they ignore what I stated I wanted to pay?” Malcolm took the information back to David and his manager. He let them know that I was NOT agreeable to buying a used car at that price. Eventually, David came over and asked what color of car I was interested in. I said red or blue. The manager then came over and stated he could get a red one but it would be on Monday because of the holiday and then suggested that I look at CR-V’s because they were a lot less expensive. When I said no, he then asked me why I wanted the Crosstour. I then had to justify my car choice to him before he agreed to getting the car from the depot. When I left that dealership, I was under the impression that the manager would get the Red Crosstour in, get the pricing where it needed to be and that I would be contacted this morning to come and pick up a new car. I ended up going to another dealership - getting the Crosstour I wanted - which was a 2012 Red Crosstour at the price I wanted to pay. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyway based on the "bait and switch" they tried to pull on me. More
