My 1998 was getting on in years and needed work that was more than I wanted to invest. I test drove several other car types / brands but decided on another Honda, so I went back to Ed Voyles (where I purch more than I wanted to invest. I test drove several other car types / brands but decided on another Honda, so I went back to Ed Voyles (where I purchased my previous Honda) and bought a new 2012 Honda Accord LX. Jason Dark was my salesperson and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Before I drove off the lot he explained the 'new equipment' of my new car, called a couple days later to make sure everything was OK. I had some questions after a week - about how some things functions - and went back to Ed Voyles and Jason was kind enough to go over some of questions again. Again, Jason is friendly, knowledgeable and has a cute smile ! More

They were so friendly and helpful to me and got me in an out quickly with my new car! It was a nice experience and I recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Give them a call! They even checked on me the next day because I was traveling out of state with my new car and the weather was iffy. Thanks! More
This is the 3rd used vehicle I've purchased through this dealership. They are great to work with. Everyone was exceptionally friendly. Robert Word took me to test drive multiple cars over a 2 week period, dealership. They are great to work with. Everyone was exceptionally friendly. Robert Word took me to test drive multiple cars over a 2 week period, even referring me to someone in the new car dealership when I inquired. I finally decided to go with a used car, but Robert was gone out of town for the weekend. I then worked with Patrick Vaughn. He helped me get into a vehicle they had just obtained the day I went to visit. The price was great and I was in the car the next day. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase and the entire car buying experience with Ed Voyles Honda. More
I was very grateful for Joe Stabile. I'd visited other dealerships over the past few days and the salesman went straight to my husband and totally ignored me (even though I was the one buying the car!) Jo dealerships over the past few days and the salesman went straight to my husband and totally ignored me (even though I was the one buying the car!) Joe greeted me with kindness and respect from the beginning. He was informative, helpful and flexible. He stayed long after closing time to finalize our purchase and took the time to set up my bluetooth and show me how to adjust the seats, program the radio, turn on lights, etc. He went above and beyond and my husband and I are both very grateful! Another great car buying experience. At Ed Voyles Honda they take the pain out of purchasing a new (or used) vehicle. No games, just straight talk and a lot of listening. Plus, instead of emphasizing price they take the pain out of purchasing a new (or used) vehicle. No games, just straight talk and a lot of listening. Plus, instead of emphasizing price they show you a better way to buy. Three years ago I traded my Denali for a Pilot, they suggested I lease. So they gave me a check for $8,000 (Denali equity) and I left with lease payment. This time, when I turned the lease vehicle in, they gave me a new Pilot, a check for $9,500 (Pilot equity) and a payment that is much less than my last payment. No other dealer has ever paid me to take delivery of a new vehicle once, much less twice! Every other Honda store I shopped (Woodstock, Chamblee, Duluth, and Roswell) played the same old car dealer shell games & pricing games. I drive 20,000 miles a year, every other Honda store told me I couldn't lease. It seems to me, the other dealers could use a dose of education. Only Ed Voyles Honda had a plan to put money in my pocket and they did it fast. Buy a Honda anywhere else and you're making big mistake. Be sure to ask for Don Marlowe; he is a xxxxxxpro and a consumer advocate. More
Beware! They gave me a quote on a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L with Navigation. The quote was $6,000 below the dealer invoice, $10,000 below MSRP. I called Colville Mackenzie, the sales representative back immedi with Navigation. The quote was $6,000 below the dealer invoice, $10,000 below MSRP. I called Colville Mackenzie, the sales representative back immediately and asked if we were talking about the same car. He confirmed that yes, it was a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L with Navigation, that this was the price his sales manager gave him, and that they "were in the business of selling cars." I called him a third time and told him to send me an email with the quote, along with the year, make, model, and navigation system. He sent it in writing. I drove up to the dealership today to look at the car and buy it. I met Colville Mackenzie, he walks me out the the car, it was as described, but a demo with 2300 miles on it. I didn't mind. I was getting a great deal. I told him to draft up the final numbers. I was ready to drive this car away. Then came the paper shuffling and back-and-forth to the sales manager's office. Mr. Mackenzie sits at the table with me and explains there's been a 'mistake.' His sales manager was very busy yesterday and thought he was quoting on a CRV with Nav. He shoves a price in front of me (for a demo) that is at FULL MSRP!!!! Then he wanted to make a deal. He asked how much I was willing to pay for the car. I told him $10000 below MSRP. He said that it was unrealistic. Well.....it was realistic yesterday! And you sent it to me in writing! Don't do business with this dealership. PERIOD! More

Greg was a pleasure to work with. I usually end up feeling like I may not have gotten a good deal when I buy a new car but this time I felt great about the experience. Greg took a lot of time to find feeling like I may not have gotten a good deal when I buy a new car but this time I felt great about the experience. Greg took a lot of time to find me what I wanted. He kept me informed throughout the process and when he said he would call me, he did. He was very knowledgeable about the car and I appreciated the time he spent showing me how things worked. Thank you, Greg. More
