I was specific about the color I wanted, and he went to great lengths to find my preferred color and had it in the dealership within a week. I also had dealer-installed leather put in the car and that was done within a day and it looks and smells wonderful. When it came time to sign paperwork, the papers were in order and followed the specifics and numbers we had previously agreed on.
