I have to say, in my lifetime, I had the best car buying experience ever this week at Ed Voyles Honda. Usually, there is the proverbial knot in my stomach that develops when I think of the process of buying experience ever this week at Ed Voyles Honda. Usually, there is the proverbial knot in my stomach that develops when I think of the process of buying a car, especially at a dealership. Well, I was totally wrong this time. My car of 9 years expired, and I was worried about purchasing a car and having an expensive car payment. My sister recommended I visit Ed Voyles Honda and talk with Chason Pendley. Chason Pendley is by far one of the most genuine, kindest, and most honest persons I have come to meet in business. Chason and his team did not try to force me into any vehicle. They spent time reviewing my choices. Based on my needs, Chason provided me a great deal on an exceptional Honda. Once I decided on the vehicle, I called and asked if they could have all the details worked out because I only had a window of a couple of hours to come in and complete the deal (as I know it can be a long process). When I arrived, everything was in order. The paperwork was ready for me to sign, and I was finished with the entire process in less than 1 hour! I drove away feeling excited! Most importantly, I was satisfied with my purchase and that I had been treated with respect. Chason is an honorable businessman and he put to rest my fears and worries about buying a car. I can only say to the owners of Ed Voyles Honda, "You have a great leader at the helm of your Used Car Sales". I will not only come back to Ed Voyles for service of my vehicle, but I will recommend this dealership to anyone who asks me about purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Chason, Ryan Kane, David Pilgrim, and Sam and David in the Finance Department. I appreciate you all for your high level of customer service. Great job! More

This was the by far BEST experience I have ever had buying a car. I felt like this team truly cared about my needs and NEVER did I feel pushed into buying. I usually had rather walk through fire than go buy a car, but Robert made this experience different. In the end I was given everything that was promised, just as it was promised without any changes. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team to anyone, but ladies these are gentleman and are not looking to take advantage of people who are not as familar with cars. I have a dealership for life. More
May 4, 2012 I had an appointment at Ed Voyles Honda, Marietta, Ga. with Ed Price, service manager, as I had previously been in there 4 times to try to get some assistance in getting the Homelink program Marietta, Ga. with Ed Price, service manager, as I had previously been in there 4 times to try to get some assistance in getting the Homelink programmed . I arrived 15 minutes early, and was told by Dan, service , that Ed was out on an emergency, but he would ask the service manager( Jody) if he could help. Ed came back 20 min. later, I showed him the print out directions for Geni/ Homelink/ 2011 Honda Pilot, and he asked me to drive "out of the service bay" , park the car, and wait. I asked him to please write this up for warranty purposes. After 30 min. of waiting in my car, I went back to speak to Dan, but he was not available, so after 45-60 min. I left. I do not believe Ed Voyles will give service on warranty items UNLESS they get paid up front. Now, I seriously question if I would purchase a Honda due to a lack of service at the dealership. Rather than waste time at Ed Voyles, I am going to post this to Consumer guide, and various complaint boards, and use the remote control. More
