Our experience here was a nightmare! Thank goodness my husband and I had a clause written into our sale allowing 24 hours to get our vehicle inspected before the sale was final. We knew exactly which two models we were interested in and when we first walked into the dealership sales office we were greeted with "Uh, are you guys here to see someone?" instead of any sort of acceptable or standard greeting. That should have been our first hint! After driving both models, we picked the one we liked best out of the two. When we asked if they would let us take it to our mechanic (in the same town) to get inspected before we purchased they balked, but let us write in a 24 hour clause to get it checked out and void the sale if anything major was wrong. SO glad we took the car! Our mechanic drove the car for about five minutes and told us there was something wrong with the transmission. After grabbing fast food for lunch, the transmission failed on the way back to the dealership! When we got back, they were generally unhelpful. The second time around they let us sign a loaner agreement for the second model to take it to our mechanic before the purchase. Our mechanic okayed the car with major maintenance work to be done (which we were okay with since the car was 9 years old) and reiterated that the tires were bald. Once back again and trying to negotiate, a second salesman tried to tell us it was impossible to tell if maintenance work had been done on a vehicle by just looking at the engine compartment and fluids and that you couldn't tell when belts were going bad! I about lost it! Having worked at a car shop, I know how to tell if a belt is bad! That's just xx! I'm getting mad just thinking about that again. So here's our situation: we want to buy a car today, found two models the same year, similar mileage, one has a bad transmission, one has maintenance and bald tires, both are listed online for the same price. We decided we would be okay buying the maintenance-plagued car and they wouldn't even negotiate on the price! We basically just wanted to swap the cars in the sale since they were so similar. They said it just wouldn't be possible. We wasted our entire day off from work and were there from 12:30 p.m. to about 7:30 p.m. Never again will I go there or tell anyone else to. Our salesman was extremely unprofessional, made several offhand slightly offensive comments, and even the sales manager was rude to us by the end of our experience. Easily the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. More

Mr. Calbert was very professional with us. We showed up at the dealership late on a Saturday afternoon. They did not make us reel rushed and served us with a smile. The price could have been a little better and they could have offered us one or two oil changes (on the house) but they didn't. But overall the experience was not to stressful as we've experienced with other dealerships. More

I just would like to comment on what a wonderful experience it was purchasing my third Honda from Ed Voyles. Every time I have ever dealt with these guys it has exceeded my expectations in the way experience it was purchasing my third Honda from Ed Voyles. John Schibi is the GSM and over the many years he has been there his staff are some of the best and most honest people I have encountered. I had run into some financial issues as of late and John performed some magic to get me another Honda. I met Matt Clark who was a fairly new sales consultant but he handled all the paperwork and transaction as if he had been in the business for a number of years. Then I met the Finance Director, Jason Killenbeck and the professionalism continued with knowledge and expertise that Jason had to offer. I will continue to shout accolades about this dealership and all their staff. Thank you John More

The prep and attention to all details of my sale far exceeded my expectations. I was ready for "something" when it came time to financing, but even that was far beyond what I expected: quick, clear and exactly what Joe had promised. He reaches out to me from time to time to ensure my Accord is living up to my satisfaction. Because of this I have recommended EVERYONE I know who is in the market for a car to not only go to Ed Voyles, but ask for Joe personnaly. He personifies what every sales orgainization should strive for: honesty, promptness, clarity and attention to the smallest details. We plan on another purchase from Joe in about 24 months! He had acted quickly, by securing our first choice from another location, and then having it detailed. Joe was very professional, calm, and genuinely kind. I also was looking for a 30-06 honda accord and behold I left with a 2009 Honda accord. They weren't pushy in trying to make you buy anything. They all worked together in trying to get me in the vehivle i wanted. It wasnt like an ordinary dealership where they try to get you in any vehicle and get their sale. My overall experience here was AWESOME!!!!! :) More
