Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. They were patient and gave us the best possible price on my Honda civic that I have been driving without a single issue for weeks now. Patrick did a great job. We were looking for a first car for my daughter. Patrick was very patient over a 1 week period. I do not know the name of the lady that greeted me at the beginning. I have to say, she was nice, but I had made an appointment in advance for my service and it was apparently with someone else. All I was getting was the first oil change and tire rotation. I have a service plan that I am paying for. I found out the person on my case was Victor Chavarria. He never introduced himself to me. I waited for two hours just to get an oil change with an appointment. I was then charged over $90 for this oil change and tire rotation. I pointed out that I had a service plan. I had to wait at the cashier for the service rep to come back and check on it. I waited another ten minutes for him to make a couple of calls on it. Finally I was still charged $22 for an additive that I did not know I was going to have to pay for. I am unhappy with my service. For one thing, why do they not ask when you come in if you have a service plan. That would eliminate any problem like this. I feel that two hours is too long to wait for just an oil change. My time is worth alot to me. If this is the type of service I am going to continue to recieve, I am going to have to rethink of ever getting a honda again and paying for the service plan. Also, on my paperwork, it gave the millage of my car when I came in. It listed the same millage when I left. It stated that it was the same. When I got into my car, it had been driven 3 miles. Having recently been in a head-on collision, I had been searching for another Honda Accord at a reasonable price. Tim was friendly when I called in and double-checked to make sure that the car I was looki searching for another Honda Accord at a reasonable price. Tim was friendly when I called in and double-checked to make sure that the car I was looking for was still on the lot. He was patient with me as I went over every square inch of the car, ensuring that everything "checked out". When it came to pricing, he worked with me on this as well, understanding my situation and making good on his promise during negotiations. He also helped me get my rental back where it needed to be. I drove 5 hours to this dealership after they sent me photographs of a used car. The car appeared to be in great shape with a built in navigation unit and super clean leather interior. Upon arrival, the car that they sent me pictures of was parked out front and the condition of it was so bad I thought it must've been the wrong vehicle and that the one I came to look at was parked somewhere else. Inside the vehicle there was NO built in navigation unit and the interior was atrocious (rips and many stains). I asked the salesperson why the pictures I had been sent showed a much cleaner car that included navigation. We pulled up the email with pictures that the dealership sent me and I was shocked to find that they had sent me the wrong pictures. Though it was a mistake, nobody wanted to take responsibly of these pictures being sent. Myself and a family member took a day off from work and drove FIVE hours to look at this vehicle. After leaving for lunch to discuss the situation, we were persuaded to come back and try to make a deal to purchase the car only to find out less than 2 mins. later (we were 1/2 mile away) that they were showing the same vehicle to another customer and making a deal after they ASKED me to come back to the dealership. I found this INCREDIBLY rude and they even asked me to stick around to see if the deal they were making with another customer fell through and that they would "try to work something out" if it wasn't purchased. That was completely unfair to myself and the other interested party. BAD and UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE!! The car should've NEVER been shown to another party while they were attempting to make a deal with me and even had me come BACK to the dealership. HOW RUDE. I would never recommend this dealership to ANYONE. More
We have enjoyed purchasing our 10th car in 7 years from Ed Voyles, 9 from the same salesperson: Damon Dogotch. While we've had a couple of issues (as anyone would with purchasing used cars), our overall ex Ed Voyles, 9 from the same salesperson: Damon Dogotch. While we've had a couple of issues (as anyone would with purchasing used cars), our overall experience has been exemplary in total and the few times that we have considered buying elsewhere have been few and always end with "Let's go talk to Damon." Whatever you are doing as an organization, please keep doing it. I can only assume that your entire organization is representative of the level of professionalism we have found at Ed Voyles on Cobb Parkway, and that your staff enjoys where they work and extends that happiness to their buyers. Thank you also for understanding that consumers are not always looking for just the best price, and we are willing to pay a little more to get the service we need. We could pay less than what we do for cars and service, but we return to Ed Voyles because we know we will be treated fairly and with respect. We recently took one of our cars to a dealership closer to our home, which only reminded us why we get our cars serviced at your honda dealership on Cobb Parkway south of Windy Hill. So we thank you for great leadership and for setting the bar high for us. No where compares to Ed Voyles anymore, and I am sure the next 10-20 cars we purchase (as well as service) will be from Ed Voyles. More
