Today we came in to buy a used vehicle. I had contacted the dealership last night via KBB because saw a good selection of vehicles that met our needs. I had also contacted another dealership and 3 private the dealership last night via KBB because saw a good selection of vehicles that met our needs. I had also contacted another dealership and 3 private sellers (that didn't contact me back) but this dealership (specifically Patrick Vaughn) got back to me immediately even though I emailed late. We came in today after driving an hour and immediately asked for him. And Patrick stayed true to our needs and specifications and even went far above our expectations in customer service and meeting our needs. Patrick was so amazing and kind and if it wasn't for his customer service I do not believe we would have purchased a vehicle today from that dealership. He even offered to get us pizza for lunch while we were waiting :) Thanks so much Patrick for TRULY helping us and reminding us that GREAT people and customer service is still available! I will forgive you for leaving the GT on the van for now. ;) More
Scammers and liars! My Honda was already diagnosed by Scammers and liars! My Honda was already diagnosed by a highly reliable auto repair shop, but required a new ECM that only a Honda dealer can inst Scammers and liars! My Honda was already diagnosed by a highly reliable auto repair shop, but required a new ECM that only a Honda dealer can install. Ed Voyles charged me $110 for their initial diagnosis. I expected that, but then they decided they needed even more diagnosis time despite receiving the detailed information from my independent shop. David claimed that they would need another day or more costing me $330! Knowing that the ECM replacement would cost around $600-$700 + labor, I researched bluebook value and trade-in value with Ed Voyles sales to decide whether it was worth pursuing further repairs. Ultimately, it wasn't worth any additional repairs. I decided to buy a new car and left 2 messages with David and another associate over the weekend to stop all work on my car (their additional diagnosis was scheduled for Mon). I didn't hear back from David until Mon afternoon. He claims he didn't get to my message until AFTER the $330 worth of diagnosis was already completed that morning! Awfully convenient, don't you think? Who doesn't check their messages upon arrival into the office? When I pointed out that David's failure to check his messages was not my fault, he changed his story and claimed that the work was actually performed on Fri. He claimed he misspoke when he said the work was done that Mon morning!!! Since they claimed to have completed this diagnosis BEFORE getting my messages, David demanded full payment. He also claimed that my other shop was wrong, the ECM didn't need replacement, but just a wire that connected to the ECM. Cost for replacing just that wire: around $600!! David also warned me that once they replace the wire, they might find other problems, so there might be more repairs. Knowing that I decided to buy a new car, it's interesting that the only way that they would waive my $330 diagnostic fees was if I bought a new car from their sales dept!! Disgusting and slimy way of doing business. This ordeal + shady sales tactics turned me away from Honda cars. I happily bought a completely different brand from a different dealer. I wish I knew about this website before bringing my car to Ed Voyles Honda. More
I have done business with Ed Voyles most of my adult life. I have bought 9 vehicles there, some new and a couple of used ones for my son. I've always had a wonderful experience there, would even drive life. I have bought 9 vehicles there, some new and a couple of used ones for my son. I've always had a wonderful experience there, would even drive from where I lived, in Hilton Head SC to do business with them. The service is outstanding, people are friendly and professional, and they go way out of their way to make your experience is a good one. I've recently moved back to the Atlanta area, and over the last couple of years have worked with Chason Pendley. I am a critic when it comes to customer service, and hold the bar pretty high. Chason is a wonderful person. I met him and immediately developed a feeling of trust and friendship with him. He runs the used car division and does an outstanding job. I've bought 3 cars from him the past couple of years, and refer anyone I hear of who is looking to purchase a car, to him. Trust is a big issue with me, and I completely trust his recommendations and pricing. He is very honest and fair, and such a pleasure to work with. Melanie More
First, let me say that because my deceased father had fought during the 2nd world war, I had never bought any other card but FORD (I had bought a total of 3 new cars and one used one) . Also, I had expe fought during the 2nd world war, I had never bought any other card but FORD (I had bought a total of 3 new cars and one used one) . Also, I had experienced excellent customer service at FORD' s dealership. However, the experienced i had with all the gentlemen at ED VOYLES HONDA, during the purchase of my used car, thought me that there are somethings that are beyond excellent customer service. This experience has giving me hope to believe in the American dream and the American people. It was the love, the caring, the professionalism and their honest and friendly courteous ways that made me, for first time, in over 25 years and the first time in my life, to buy other vehicle brand. I knew of the excellent reputation that the Honda cars already had. Consequently, once I had the fortune to meet such great gentlemen, and they knew how to answer my needs, it was an easy, great and confident decision to drive home with my HONDA car! Thank you to each and one of you at ED VOYLES HONDA. You has really made a difference in my life! I am looking forward to doing business with you in the future. And, I am telling all my friends about my great experience with you! Respectfully, Vilma R. Arauz More
We came to Ed Voyles Honda after first visiting Honda Car Land. Our experience was outstanding and everyone we encountered was great. Our salesman, Tim Mattos, really worked for us to get our numbers where w Land. Our experience was outstanding and everyone we encountered was great. Our salesman, Tim Mattos, really worked for us to get our numbers where we wanted and then the finance went well too, even after there was a difference in price. Maurice Ramano fixed it quickly and was very nice to deal with. Even the guys we weren't dealing with directly were great. We had our 4 small children with us and our daughter who has special needs and is deaf, the guys just fawned all over her and even played the ipad with her! Terry Hixon helped keep her entertained and made a friend for life! David Clark was great too, he loaned me his office so I could feed my youngest son and have privacy! I just can't say enough about them. Overall, we had a great experience and we were in and out in our new car in just a few hours. More
I needed a used car for my daughter. We had our plan as to price and make we wanted. We to the first dealer and the big hammer was on. They never asked what make nor price range we wanted. They really push to price and make we wanted. We to the first dealer and the big hammer was on. They never asked what make nor price range we wanted. They really pushed us to buy this one car that she did not like. They would not even show us what she wanted just that one car. I used to be in the car business and this was not the way to sell a car. We finally got out of there and she wanted to give up. I told her lets try one more dealer and we ended up at Ed Voyles Honda used cars. We met Chason & Malcholm and what a treat. We talked they asked all the questions. When they were done they happen to have 3 cars to choose from. It was perfect. They got my daughter financed, with my help, so she could start to build her credit. I would recommend this dealership and these two managers. THANKYOU!!!! David K More

I bought a used 2007 Honda Accord in 2011 from EdVoyles Honda, assuming that I had a great purchase because I have no knowledge of cars, but when I went back to the dealership, recently, to trade in and bu Honda, assuming that I had a great purchase because I have no knowledge of cars, but when I went back to the dealership, recently, to trade in and buy a new Honda Civic, the value given by the dealership was way lower than the market. I was told by the Sales GM Pete Richards, to take the car to CarMax to get the value. I took the car there, when the CarMax personnel looked at the car, I was told that the car was in an accident and will be auctioned as a Salvage Title, at that point it was not about the car value, it was how I found out about the accident. The person showed me the repair and it was obvious. I was very disappointed, because I always recommended EdVoyles to my friends and family and even went back to buy a new car. After finding all this, I figured out that they have their own collision center and if they do the repair internally it never shows up on the CARFAX and they tell you that the car has a clean CARFAX, that's what was given to me when I purchased the car. After finding all this, I sent the pictures and CARFAX to the Sales GM so they exactly know that why I will not give any business to EdVoyles. I understand that the car was sold AS IS but who ever reads this should be careful, you never know if they also do a repair on the new cars, which has damaged in their lot, I would highly recommend to take an expert with you, so you would not feel the way I felt. Absolute scandal! I've never in 36 years of dealing with different versions of customer service nationally and internationally been treated the way I was by Ed Voyles Honda on Cobb Parkway, Marietta th with different versions of customer service nationally and internationally been treated the way I was by Ed Voyles Honda on Cobb Parkway, Marietta these past couple of days. Here is the story: Yesterday, I went in with my Honda CR-V to have a spare key made. They made the spare key, and I drove off assuming that everything was okay. Alas, it was not. I realized soon that my radio/CD player/bluetooth player had stopped working while at the Ed Voyles Honda dealership. I called them, and they told me to come in today to have it looked at. They looked at it, and came back saying that they had done nothing wrong. I obviously told them that they had to take responsibility for the fact that my radio worked great when I pulled in, and was dead when I pulled out of their Ed Voyles auto repair shop. Alas, they took zero responsibility. Amidst lots of irrelevant technical talk both the gentleman I dealt with and the service manager even had the audacity of insinuating that "they couldn't actually now if the radio really worked before I came in". They also told me that "hey...these things just happen", and "maybe the radio was dying already". They won't do anything to remedy the situation. They couldn't care less. I have lived in Ukraine in Eastern Europe, and even there I can assure you that this is not the customer service norm. More
