Spent 30 minutes on the lot, no one came to help. Stood in the show room for 10 minutes no one acknowledged us. Asked to drive a car- salesman questioned us about the price. I didn’t tell him we were pre-approved for a loan of even more then the Jeep we were looking at. They were just rude and dismissive. We bought the Jeep at another dealership. Never question what a customer can afford until you get their credit report. More

We have always had a great experience with Jerrol Walker, and Ed Tomko. Returning customers, purchased our 5th vehicle. Upon arriving I asked them to take a look at my Tire Pressure Monitoring System, and th and Ed Tomko. Returning customers, purchased our 5th vehicle. I just want people to know that the salesmanship at this dealership is awful. I went in getting a quote and they were going to give me a deal on the Pacifica limited and they told me they had three for me t dealership is awful. However, I had to take my child to an obligation and get home to my other child because it was getting late so I told them I could come back the next day. I filled out the credit application and gave them other paper work before I left. I even called to double check, and the salesman said all was getting looked at. I got a call right when they opened the following morning saying they sold a van and therefore the deal was off the table because I didn't take it less than 12 hours. I spoke to the manager and he was even more rude and told me I should have taken the deal and not taken my child to her obligation. I have never been treated with less respect and after contacting another dealership, they do this a lot to women. Which makes complete sense because the salesman was pretty adamant about me not having my husband or anyone else with me. No one should ever be treated the way they treated me. More

Service manager “John” refused to give me his last name or business card and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave immediately. Paul Tomko backed this decision as well when I calmly went in to speak with someone else. They asked why they should lose money on someone that didn’t buy a vehicle from them. The Jeep Wave program that I am enrolled in clearly states that these services can be done at any dealership. Won’t consider going back but am disappointed that a dealer right around the corner from my home will go out of their way to turn people away. More

This is for body shop. A few weeks ago I hit a deer on the way to work. My insurance company suggest I take it there for repair (state farm). After about 5 minutes a employee walked by and I ask him if I was in the right place, he said I was and someone would be with me shortly. After another 5 or 10 minutes a gentleman walked in who appeared to be irritated that I was even there. They close at 5. After he did his walk around the car and took pictures of the damage I showed him that the left headlight was cracked and had a visible water level. about an inch. I told him the right headlight must be cracked as well because it had water in it too but it dried up after being parked the sun the last 3 days. He arrogantly responded to me "how do I know the headlights weren't already damaged before you hit the deer" Basically calling me a liar. I thought maybe he had a bad day and I'll let it go. Then he said he would call tomorrow with an estimate. He never did. I called 4 days later on Friday and ask again for him to call me with an estimate. They didn't call. Monday I called State Farm and they tried to call. They told me all they got was a answering machine. I told State Farm I don't want to give them my business anymore. More
