I went to Ed Tomko in Avon Lake today and younger salesman man who was pulling up a white Jeep to the front door asked me who I was there to see, I advised him I didn’t know anyone here and then inqu salesman man who was pulling up a white Jeep to the front door asked me who I was there to see, I advised him I didn’t know anyone here and then inquired about a new loaded up Durango for my wife with no crazy wide striping on it. I was advised they had none so I made my way to one on the showroom floor with the ugly red stripe to check out the interior and such, perhaps I would just order one. It was locked and was told it was a high performance vehicle and pretty much not for me, he then wanted to walk me outdoors to another red striped one they had on the lot for a closer inspection of the interior. He prejudged a cash buyer, I’m pretty sure I wasn’t his first. So I walked out in disgust, heading to Metro Lexus on Brook Park Rd in the morning for a new GX, always like the look the Durango but was really turned off by the culture of this dealership. Don’t waste your time driving here, the critics reviewing this dealership are correct. More

Just bought a used 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ed Tomko Chrysler. Had a wonderful salesman named Jerrol who answered all our questions. Took about 60 mnutes to buy, get approved and drive it off the lot! Chrysler. Had a wonderful salesman named Jerrol who answered all our questions. I bought a Jeep Compass in January 2022. Within 8 months a clip came off the front driver seat and separated the seat from the controls. I took the car to the service department to have the part replaced. The service department accused me of breaking the part and the next time I would be charged to fix the seat. I was not happy with the attitude of the service department. I took it to Paul Tomko who is the manager of the dealership and he told me to call the customer service department in Auburn Michigan, he did not even try to give good customer service. This company definitely has not earned my business or trust in them. Back in August I called and spoke to Dave Tomko regarding the rear cross member on my 2010 jeep Patriot that was supposed to be under trust in them. Back in August I called and spoke to Dave Tomko regarding the rear cross member on my 2010 jeep Patriot that was supposed to be under warranty at the time. Come to find out they fixed the front not the rear so I called hoping someone could help me well much to my surprise Dave called me a liar and told me I was trying to get something for nothing, told me there was no jeep rep and the buck stopped with him, so I left review and left it as that. Well they left a message and asked me to contact them so I did. I spoke To a Mike I believe last name is Akers I told him everything that happened and what was said multiple phone calls later Mike asked me if I was willing to take my review down and actually put in in writing that I would take it down that he couldn't guarantee a price but that he got a hold of jeep rep to bring my jeep in for a couple of pics , he would have the cross member fixed and as far as the parts that attached to cross member he would would out a fair price around six hundred dollars, get me in within a week or so even give me a rental if I needed it. Well I took my email off actually I couldn't figure out how to remove it so Mike removed it for me while they took pics of jeep. 2 weeks go by and he never reached back out to me so I contacted him and all of a sudden the story changed the jeep rep that David Tomko said they didn't have had to to review it again. So here it is November I have contacted Mike multiple times and his answer is he don't know and haven't heard anything asked him to text me number to corporate and did not had to get it another way. They didn't want to help apparently wanted review off Google. If they would of wrote it up and fixed it first time we wouldn't be going through this. This company has bad customer service and will tell you what you want to hear and then not follow through with what they say. It's a shame because I really thought they were going to fix their mistake instead just blew hot air to get the review gone. I have tried continuously to call and no luck. More
Went into service to get an oil change. My oil changes are covered at any Dodge dealership, the service team told me I would have to pay for my oil change. From the service desk I called Dodge customer service and was told to leave and make my call elsewhere. Never have I been treated so unprofessional and asked to leave while I'm making a customer service call.....to give you business. I will NEVER send any friend or family member to this dealership. If you want good service and great deals, go somewhere else! More
Contacted dealership about a used truck they had on lot. First the internet salesperson was very slow and unresponsive. The next day I contacted them again and asked for information on the truck. Next thing I know is I get a text from the owner stating they don’t want to do business with me. No reason beyond that. If this is the way they treat customers I’m glad I didn’t purchase a truck from them. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. More
