There was no "upselling", just making sure I was pleased as a customer. Ron Rogers greeted me, and I'm fortunate that he did. He was knowledgeable without being overbearing. He knew what I was looking for, and focused in on that for me. He was patient with me while I worked out the details with my husband and finalized our decision. He streamlined EVERY step of the process. There were no tricks or fine print. He even prepared our paperwork ahead of time, since my husband was coming to sign everything during a break from work.
