The dealer in Warren had friendly/intelligent staff, that I was grateful to have working on my car. The manager is a well set individual, that truely just wants to see each customer walk out his doors happy. I was grateful to have working on my car. I used my Shults Auto Advantage card for my car's maitnance. The only time I had a problem with Shults was when a technician tried telling me my 2008 Durango needed a new transmission lines for $400. maitnance. I've had it to Shults 3 times since for maitnance and they have said fluid levels normal. More
