Let me just say that I would recommend Jeff Cusimano to anyone that is looking to buy a car. I cannot even express how easy and simple he made my buying experience. I asked a question and he explained the answer to me in lamens terms and I was educated about the car completely by the time we went inside to go over the price. He gave me a great price right off the bat and we had an agreement in no time. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and I felt very comfortable the entire time that I was there. I would and will be recommending anyone to Ed Shults of Warren. And especially Jeff as he should be awarded with some kind of award for how excellent he is at his profession, as that is an award all on its own. Overall the Employee Brian Shoobridge was outstanding in helping me out. He took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how insignificant they seemed. This was by far the best car buying experience in my life. This dealership is 70 miles away from me, it was well worth the drive and I'll do it again next time I'm shopping for a vehicle. I dealt with Art Chamberlin, he was very friendly, no pressure from him and no games. I always dread shopping for cars because I always seem to get stuck with your sterotypical car salesman, I usually walk out because I can't stand that. This was a whole new experience for me car shopping....Refreshing! Art was great, I look foward to dealing with him again next time I need a vehicle. Everyone one I met there was excellent, from the finance manager to the cashier all friendly they really make you feel comfortable. I've reccomended this dealership to all my family and friends, was well worth the hour+ drive. More

I used my Shults Auto Advantage card for my car's maitnance. The only time I had a problem with Shults was when a technician tried telling me my 2008 Durango needed a new transmission lines for $400. maitnance. When I did the Financing The person sold me an warrantee that was good for two free oil changes a year. what she did not tell me was I had to pay for four oil channges at $24.95 before I got the fifth one that was good for two free oil changes a year. what she did not tell me was I had to pay for four oil channges at $24.95 before I got the fifth one free. I have to pay for another four to get the next free oil change. So to need the two free oil changes per year I have to drive 36,000 per year to get the two " free" oil changes. If I had It to do over again I would not deal with shults More
