Obviously, the price had to be right as well and Todd Glenn, Justin Messina, and Chris Baker seemed to find a way to configure a deal that will fit our limited budget. It seems they have all gone that "extra mile" to make us feel like important Shults customers. When we finalized our purchase Chris Baker, the Business Manager, was easy to work with and configured the payments so they would fit our budget, Justin Messina, our sales person, spent at least an hour showing us all the features on our new truck while we asked numerous questions. I recently had my 2012 Taurus serviced and was really impressed with Mike Zolner`s level of service and attention. Mike`s shirt front was all wet and when I asked why he stated he washed my car himself because I had asked if it could be washed before I picked it up! He wanted to make sure I was not disappointed!!
