a headace brand new car with bald tires. did not notice till after deal was made....because its a year old car why does it have bad tires?...would rate lower if brand new car with bald tires. did not notice till after deal was made....because its a year old car why does it have bad tires?...would rate lower if i could, terrible managers, they wouldn't even talk to us just keep sending the salesman over to tell us things. Very rude trying to start arguments and act like a teenager instead of a salesman doing his job and being rude over text message...my whole family has bought from them and its just been a bad experience. very pushy off the start, all they do is try to make a sale as fast as they can and get their commission, instead of being half decent and getting to know you first. and then after you buy the car they do their "100 point inspection" themselves and pass cars that have problems that they don't want to fix. multi billion dollar company and they cant help out with a few hundred dollar fix to make the car decent and the costumer happy. More

Wonderful sales team I just bought a used cadillac from Ed Shults Chevrolet. The entire sales team that my husband and I worked with were wonderful. Even though they were I just bought a used cadillac from Ed Shults Chevrolet. The entire sales team that my husband and I worked with were wonderful. Even though they were probably very tired they were very patient with us and explained everything. They were all great to work with especially Maggie Palmer our sales associate. She has a great personality and actually made the car buying experience fun. I will definately consider Shultz Chevrolet in the future!! Keep up the great work!! More
