The entire sales process was great but follow up after pick up of the new vehicle was not very good at all. I turned in my old vehicle and was told it would be repaired and returned to GM within the 10 da pick up of the new vehicle was not very good at all. I turned in my old vehicle and was told it would be repaired and returned to GM within the 10 days it was due and I would receive paperwork from the dealership. I had to keep emailing Shawn and kept getting delayed. No one reached out to me. I was concerned that I would get a late charge. After a month I finally received paperwork in the mail. Follow up is extremely important to keep returning customers and potential ones. I do not want to discount Shawn as a salesperson. He was wonderful and knew exactly what I wanted and delivered it!
